Never was delivered said lost in transit. I was surprised when they responded to my complaint and asked me if I want a refund or ship my purchased items again. I asked them to ship it again... And no sign of the purchases, then another email asking if i wanted a refund after still not receiving items from Radley which i said yes no response to my emails anymore... The order was placed back in November 2023. 12 months later - nothing...

Gaterliv are robbers , scam website and no good delivered . They respond with inane apologies but no action . Do not purchase from this site .

This is a scam website!!
I ordered two items from Ted Baker website in December which were to be Christmas presents. Gaterliv.com was the communicating address that confirmed my order.
The order didn't arrive. After emailing numerous times I was told my order would be delivered shortly.
Then I received an email saying the order had been delivered.
I did NOT receive my order.
Numerous more emails to gaterliv.com asking where my order was.
Eventually in February I was told I would get a refund within a few days. I'm still waiting. No refund. No order.
AVOID TED BAKER PRODUCTS. IT IS A SCAM.
Gaterliv.com is a SCAM

SCAM ALERT. Fake site, you will never receive goods, then ask for money back, they will send nice mails with sweet words but no refund. Mail with extension gateliv is alert.
They supposely disconted french brand Sézane which never happens in reality, I should have been more careful.

Do NOT order anything from this company - I ordered shoes - took my money - nothing happened - I emailed them about 20 times - automated reply-

Scam. Fraude. Credit card has been charged, but there is no information about delivery and impossible to get information. :-(

SCAM! Order made on Peakperformance outlet, in the back it's a gaterliv site. On the tracking site they provided the parcel is delivered but never received anything and no feedback from Gaterliv when you ask updates, who signed, where is delivered! Only lost the money!
