Composite Gate
Our gate and posts arrived today and the quality is excellent. They were delivered early which doesn't usually happen, and the Delivery Men, Reece and Jordan were friendly and courteous.
We did have a bit of a wait from ordering and paying to delivery but when I rang to query the reason was explained to me.
Looking forward to having our new gate fitted - it's going to look fantastic

We are so impressed with the quality of our new gates, and the very helpful responses from the staff when we had questions about measuring etc. The gates were delivered by Barry and Paul, they were great, very friendly and didn’t complain about getting the heavy gates up our steep drive!

Gates and Fences superb company to deal with.
Gates and Fences were so helpful on every level. Provided extra measurements so I knew my dog would be secure, confirmed my measurements, kept me up to date on what was happening with the manufacturing of the gates and phoned me up the day before to let me know roughly what time gates being delivered. Gate workmanship by Jamieis excellent from the welding to the paint finishing. The 2 delivery drivers Barry and Paul were fantastic, polite and helpful. They put the gates safely into the garage for me. 100% recommend this company on every level. Thankyou.

We ordered two gates
We ordered two gates, a pedestrian one and a large driveway one, with rollers fitted for a maul sliding system. To be finished in a grey colour. They did turn up on site as planned, we fitted them. The customer returned from holiday and was not happy with the finish, the fitting was totally fine, but the gates were not painted properly they were rough on the tops and sides. We did contact customer services but was told that they thought it was just fine, they asked us to send photos - which we did and you could see the gates had only had one coat of paint. The reply we got was that they can supply a tin of paint. Our customer was not happy with this reply and withheld our payment for our works to supply and fit. This left us with no other option but remove the gates, take them to our workshop and sand them down properly and repaint them at a cost to us. We have now refitted gates customer is very happy with our team, but very disappointed with your lack of support and help.

Good service and a well made gate
Our existing side gate needed replacing but we couldn't find a replacement to fit from the usual retail and online outlets so had to go for a made to measure option. We looked at a few suppliers and chose Gates and Fences UK based on the choice of designs and positive reviews.
I am pleased to say we have not been disappointed. The online ordering process was straight forward and we were kept informed during the ordering and production process. The gate was delivered in good time and the gate itself appears to have been made to a very good standard. I've just got the challenge of fitting it! 🙂

Superb experience from start to finish
Superb experience from start to finish. Easy to use website, useful video to help me measure two bespoke gates. The gates were well made, sturdy, smooth and took the paint really well. They've been hung for a couple of months now and look amazing. The gates were made by Dean, and delivered by Reece and Paul.
