The company is a BIG scam. They’re fake. Stay absolutely away from them. They advertise matching 100% of your deposit. Don’t fall for it. You will lose your money. It’s all to lure greedy soul and you will find out the hard way. I am an example. I was a foul.
STAY AWAY from that scam broker. The website is even poorly designed indicating a scam scheme.

I was able to locate your account and looked further into your specific issue.
I noticed that you opened a Deposit Bonus Account and you did not read the terms and conditions we emailed to you when you opened the account. In the terms that were provided to you it clearly states that your equity must stay above 20% of your initial deposit (this allows you to be in up to 80% drawdown on your account) or the bonus will be removed.
This account type is best suited for traders who need more capital but also understand proper risk management and don't treat trading like gabling. I have reviewed your trading history and you you traded 1.5 lots on SPX500 during the Federal Interest Rate Decision (which is one of the most volatile news events for SPX500) with only a balance of $3999.62. This is very poor risk management (full porting) and not the type of trading behavior best suited for the Deposit Bonus Account as you must not exceed 80% drawdown of your initial deposit.
We never misled you or scammed you, you simply did not read the instructions for the account that we provided to you when you opened the account.
On your support ticket we tried to provide you with an account credit in good faith to allow you to regain the funds you lost by over-leveraging during a major news event but you closed the ticket.
We are still here for you and hope to hear from you soon so that we can help you.

I just registered and made a trial deposit of $50. Then, I scalped and made a profit of over $50. Suddenly, my MT5 account was deactivated. I saw the remaining balance on the portal. My profits were taken by the broker.

I was able to locate your account and looked further into your issue.
As we clarified on your support ticket, multi-profile hedging with another traders account is in violation of our policies.
You opened an account under your name and then opened an account under a family members name so that you could have two Deposit Bonus Accounts allowing you to over-leverage (full port) buys on your account and over-leverage (full port) sells on your family members account.
This was done intentionally to bypass our limit of 1 Deposit Bonus Account per user. This rule is in place for this specific reason to prevent abuse of the Deposit Bonus Accounts from over-leveraged (full port) hedging between the accounts.
As we showed you on the ticket, the IP addresses and the device mac address on your profiles and also the trading accounts were the same. This behavior isn't tolerated and that is clearly stated in the Agreement to Open an Account that you accepted during registration with our firm.
We also never took your funds or the funds you deposited into your family members account. We allowed you to withdrawal your funds and then yes, we did deactivate your account as this is our policy for abusers.
We are sad that your actions led to your account being deactivated but we hope you do not continue to do this kind of abuse to your future broker partners.

I was barely at 160% margin level didn’t even come close to 500% someone must have closed some funds on my account cause that’s what it’s showing for $339 someone on your end took -$339 cause I was watching it. Right after that my trades closed. You’ll need to credit my funds and hard earned profits I made. My account was over $2,000

The client was trading on a Deposit Bonus Account, which comes with very specific margin and equity rules. In their message, they believed that “funds were taken” from their balance when in reality, the system automatically adjusted due to how the bonus structure works.
We explained to them that:
The bonus amount is not withdrawable equity; it is provided as trading credit to increase available margin.
Once losses begin to reduce equity, the platform deducts from the bonus first. This can appear as a “deduction,” but in reality, it is simply the trading credit being reduced in line with losses.
Their margin level was impacted by this automatic adjustment, which triggered their stop-out level.
No one “manually removed” funds from the account. The system automatically handled the equity and margin as per the rules of a Deposit Bonus Account.
Despite our detailed explanation, the client confused the bonus credit with their own deposited funds and profits. We clarified multiple times that their actual deposit and profits were never taken away; only the bonus credit was adjusted in line with their trading activity.
Unfortunately, the client insisted otherwise and did not accept the explanation, even though the account statement and system logic showed everything functioning correctly.

I recently started using GatesFX as I trade US30 during the week. Everything has gone quite smoothly - deposits, withdrawals, etc. I did have one issue, where a trade would not close on tradelocker. I reached out to the Gates helpdesk, they found the problem, and they closed the trade when I had tried to (in profit) and credited my account appropriately, which really surprised me. Highly recommend.
