I would like to give it zero stars but had to pick at least one to type a message. Order a sweatshirt from this website for my daughter’s Christmas present at the end of November 2023. Messaged them three times on their site without any response. The site charged my card immediately when purchased, it is now June 2024 and have yet to receive the sweatshirt. I’m unable to dispute these charges now. Do not trust this site.
It has been 4 months already and I ordered an item back in October and I have yet to receive my purchase. I have emailed them numerous times. I got one generic response the first time that they are trying to fulfill all orders. I then received a notification that my package was shipped but the item has been shown to be at the same exact location for the past two months and I received no further updates on tracking. Would not recommend ordering from here and probably wouldn't order from here ever again. At this point I do not even want the item and would prefer to get my money back.
