No Showed and Could Not be Reached

I scheduled a Zoom call with a salesperson to learn about their offerings. I received all the automated reminders via text and email. I waited in the Zoom waiting room for 15 minutes, and no one ever showed. I tried texting and emailing back but received no reply. I went to their website for a phone number, but they have none listed. I tried connecting with their online chat support, but no one ever responded. This sales discovery meeting confirmed they are not a company I wish to do business with.
