I am a motorcycle instructor and outdoors in the heat all day. These products have saved me from cramp that I get from dehydration. Not had cramp since I started. I have tried others, but they taste salty. These have a great taste, using one every single day without fail. Do need to get a second flak though. If you use one everyday and mine gets left in the dishwasher.
