Love my hat! Really Good Quality, Fast service. I had a issue with my package not being delivered to my house. I emailed gatorhats about it & sent in camera footage. They sent me another one through UPS and i had no issues receiving it.

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Shitty ass material, the color variation on the screen is off, and they do not offer returns or refunds. Another deceptive company fooling consumers with high end marketing. Try making a better hat

The orders came quick and the quality was just what I was looking for. Everyone was asking where I got them from

They made the Hats exactly how I wanted. They made them so fast and rushed them to me. All adjustments I wanted to have made they did very fast. They came out perfect. They text you with proofs and pictures of the hat. I am very pleased 10 out of 10 would recommend. And the quality is great too.

The hat was made of good quality material. The embroidery was stitched perfect. Size fit was perfect also. I recommend this company if you are looking for a custom made embroidery hat.

This company copies original art from other websites/small businesses and uses it as their own on hats etc. .. disgraceful!

*** Updated : after my original review (below) They reached out to try asking me to remove/edit my review. I said I would update upon my order being refunded- which they did. I do feel like the only reason they were proactive with a refund was because of my truthful review.
I still stand by my original review regarding the hat and craftsmanship quality; however I appreciate them refunding my order so I gave them one additional star for customer service.

Hats are very poor quality and have a terrible fit. The embroidery is done cheaply, and the text on my hat was crooked and they still sent it. I immediately asked for a refund and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Nice hat and a good fit for my 7-5/8" head. The embroidery is good quality. Recommend.

Website kept changing color of thread to cream even tho I selected yellow. Took multiple tries before it kept the color as yellow.

Parading as an American Company - its not.

Shipping dates are a facade. Order has not arrived. Just a disappointing experience.

I disliked not being able to see the back of the hat I bought. I understand it's adjustable, but IDK if it's the pop through circles, or an adjustable band. I'm also thinking it will end up being a birthday gift since it hasn't left Texas yet, and USPS is the carrier.
