Scam. Ordered garden box things in spring of 2023. That was a year ago. Dirty thieves.

Wish I had read these comments about Gaudelo.com before placing my order. I had the same experience...placed an order for an outdoor rocking chair, lots of communication saying the order was on the way, then delivered, which it wasn't. They assured me it was resent, same communication of it's progress to me and again never delivered. When I asked for a refund they offered me a tiny sum citing some "restocking" fee. When I challenged that, they ghosted me. Total scam, seen on/ordered through their ad on Facebook. Sure, notify them....they won't give a damn.

I ordered 2 raised garden beds and never received them. After emailing back and forth with customer service, they said they would resend. Never received the replacement. Emailed them back and got promised a refund and got nothing, emailed back again and never received any replies.

Absolute Scam!!! They have taken my money for a car seat and sent order and delivery information and then confirmation emails for delivery (no date on the delivery tracker email). I have received nothing! I have emailed them and told them that I expect a refund in no more than 30 days. Now their website is no longer available and the email address is no longer working! I am absolutely fuming. 😡 It wasn't a lot of money for a car seat, I guess that could have given me a clue, but it showed it as being on offer and they had listed positive reviews at the bottom of the page, which made it look legitimate. I just hope someone sees this and is not fooled in the same way. Take care shopping online everyone.

Placed my order, they took my money, sent confirmation, product never came ! They said they would resend 😂 Now months later, nothing….and their email address is gone 🤬

SCAM ! Never got any contact and never received the 4 chairs I ordered. Don't fall for this SCAM!

Ordered 2 chairs from them and, although they sent me this elaborate shipping details, I never received the chairs. They said they were going to resend. Nothing and when I demanded my money back they offered me 50% back and told me to get the chairs from another company. What a bunch of bull!!! I guess I was stupid for ordering in the first place. I know better!!! They actually get 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING - IT'S A SCAM!

If I could give them less then 1 Star, I would.
Ordered chairs and received a reusable bag, that I would not buy for $1.00. Will not return my money until I return the bag, which would cost another $54.00 to ship back. Visa is involved now!!!!!!

I ordered 2 canopy chairs and never received them and this was June 3,2023. I am so disappointed because I really wanted those chairs for an event coming up. Guadelo can you reimburse me or send my chairs please.

Do not order sunscreen chair and I got a confirmation number but no chairs I even sent a message to them and still have not heard back from them. They’re nothing but scammers. Do not order the chairs.

I ordered these chairs on 6-5-23 with the sunshades paid 49.95. No confirmation number or tracking number. No contact number for the company. Made it look like QVC. So not order from them they are a SCAM

Took my $49 no chairs no email It has been 2 months absolute SCAM! I only found this ad because it came through as QVC again ..thinking it was QVC I used my debit card ..mistake !!! Do not order !!!!!
