Friendly and reliable. Already planning to work with them again
Charlie and Paul have been working on a home upgrade project for me, which included a heating system powerflush and gas pipe rerouted. They were always clean, efficient and reliable. They both provided good advice and went above and beyond to make sure we understood and were happy with the changes.

Charlie is very efficient
Charlie is friendly, efficient and clearly hardworking. I was very impressed with him and his colleague, Luke today (Monday) and when he was alone on Friday. He sorted out his day very quickly to be free to come back on Monday morning. I have no problems thoroughly recommending him.

I needed a plumber urgently when elderly parents had a blocked drain. Mr Gaughan, Charlie, arrived promptly, assessed the problem & phoned me to discuss options.
He was very competent & clear on what was required then got straight to work. He was very efficient & phoned when he’d finished. Very fast, neat work.
On personal note, I was impressed by his manners towards my parents who are both confused by dementia. He explained his actions to them & spoke to me at several points so I could reassure them.
Great plumber, good guy!
