The monitor, the smooth shifting, ease ,comfortable ride and seeing how much I’m working! I ride a lot! Such a dream after my last e-bike! I ride close to 2,000 miles a summer! This bike is my dream bike for sure! We lived in Belgium and rode bikes a lot! I trust the Dutch to build a high quality bike! Its proven now! Having a great bike shop to help like Cole Sport is absolutely a necessity! A great experience in every way. I’ve already ridden 351miles! Its so fun!

Love the bike, and the user interface with the related app is easy and intertwine.

I'm really mixed on this bike. Pros: It has a nice motor, good drivetrain components, looks nice, and it's comfortable. Cons: Usability is quite poor. The rear rack is too close to the seat so you can't put anything on top of the rack. It doesn't come with water bottle bolts anywhere (???) so you have to invent your own way to carry the most basic essential. The front axle is a goofy size so a lot of accessories can't connect. There's really no way to mount a front basket (since the rear can't hold much). It's like this bike was designed for short 15 minute rides around the neighborhood and the design will activate fight you of you try to use it for more. For such an expensive bike I expected a lot more thought to be put into it.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my Gazelle bike whether on flats or hills it is stable, comfortable and allows me to ride places I wouldn't have been able to go before. I have to constantly pedal which allows me to work out but I can adjust the tension so that my bad knees can handle it.

Don't buy Gazelle. Despite the fact that I've been carrying a 7.5lb bike lock in the water bottle holder of my Eclipse bike for the past 2 years, they won't let me run a Powermore battery that only weighs 3.3lbs, because they're concerned it might fall off. Yes, 2 years and a bike lock that weighs twice the weight. Their solution, and I have the email to prove it, is to CARRY AN ENTIRE 9LB 750 POWERTUBE IN MY PANNIER! That's right. Too dangerous to mount a 3lb battery, but apparently not dangerous to carry a 9lb battery in a pannier (let's remember, there's no pannier that would properly fit a battery, so you'd have to make your own). $6,000 for a bike that they won't let me run with an extra battery, for my safety, by recommending me to do the most unsafe thing ever. Wild

A great, multi-purpose bike that's not afraid of heavy loads. Very comfortable and stable, with a smooth ride. I love the matte black finish.

Smooth, easy to ride and powerful. A quality bike at a fair price. The continuous/variable gear drive is quiet and no maintenance. Loving it.

I did independent research and this bike fit the needs of my wife and I. The dealer, Highlander in Atlantic Highlands NJ was great. They were helpful and their pricing was competitive

I am very impressed with my new Gazelle Medeo T9. High quality components, ease of use, and comfortable. Has plenty of power and battery life for my casually active riding style. Happy with my purchase!

For a woman who is 5'11", finding a bike that fits in the U.S. has been a challenge. Gazelle's 57 inch bikes are a very good fit. I tried a few other brands and a few other Gazelle models. Once I had tried the Avignon, the only reason I took a few days to think about the purchase was the price tag. The ride is smooth as butter. It is easy to adjust the bike to personal fit preferences. The buttons are mostly intuitive. It took a video to figure out that the bike (60-ish lbs!) has a walk-assist function. None of the manuals mention this. This is my first e-bike and it is making it much more inviting to do errands by bike rather than by car. I am very happy with the bike thus far. In our area the bike can only by purchased at Conte's and I received excellent and non-pushy help from their staff.

Only negative is the battery has fallen off twice due to the bike falling.

The bikes are excellent but our experience with the dealer was not good. We ordered a pair of Ultimate T10 bikes from this dealer. One bike was not assembled correctly - the handle bars were not tight so after riding a short distance, the handle bars were not perpendicular to the front wheel. Also on this bike, the wrong screw was used to attach the fender to the fork which made the fender rattle at each bump. The second bike's tail light did not work. I found there were no screws holding it in the rear rack and the wires were not seated into the terminal block in the light assembly. These items should have been noted and addressed before we picked up our bikes. Also, each bike was splattered with what appeared to be some sort of glue or adhesive. I had to use a solvent to wipe down both bikes to remove all of this glue. Again, the dealer should not have let these bikes leave the shop looking like this. We paid a lot of money for these bikes and I expected top notch service when we picked them up. The dealer did not even talk about adjusting these bikes for riding position, seat height, handlebar angle, etc. He basically asked for our credit card payment and showed us the door out of his shop.

The folks at Gregg's were smart and accommodating.

The user manuals for the Gazelle Medeo bike that I purchased are generic manuals for lots of bikes. There is no specific instruction for operating certain features of the model I purchased. Disappointing but probably a chance to learn by doing.
