Human help
Dear Simply sensitivity Team recently I was struggling to redeem my 6 vouchers purchased through Groupon. I was helped by Abbey who was I thought was amazing it took 1 hour to sort but she was persistent until she sorted it all out. Your telling i am not lactose intolerant when I have the worst time aftwr having milk and I am sensitive to all food I like?!

To clarify our testing process, our sensitivity reports do not screen for Lactose Intolerance specifically. While we do test for various dairy items that contain lactose, the test is not designed to detect the absence of the lactase enzyme. This is currently beyond the scientific limitations of bio-resonance sensitivity testing.

I was skeptical about taking this test but am blown away by the results. Plan to eliminate the foods that the test says I'm sensitive to. Hopefully my stomach issues will also be eliminated!

Simple, extensive, affordable and private 900 test
I had certain suspicions, supported by a positive home coeliac test. Constant itching and stomach pain despite MCAS meds. Something was going on and I wanted information to take to the GP for targeted testing if required.
The results bore out my suspicions and a whole lot more. Dairy and gluten after 60 years are no longer my friends. So that's pretty much my whole diet.
After the expected and a few food surprises were the big surprises. Despite taking supplements especially B12 and pre and probiotic for nearly a year, my levels barely registered. Add other evidence and GP referral to gastroenterology for malabsorption was immediate.
The test is extremely good value for the amount checked. So much so that I have just sent the 1350 test to see what other surprises are in there.
Important. The test is a sensitivity test not an allergy test. I am gluten sensitive so itchy and painful but not coeliac which would be life threatening.
These home tests are an excellent start point to take to your GP. With evidence in hand it's harder to fob you off. GPs are not all knowing. Advocating for yourself helps them know the direction and gives you a sense of empowerment and control over your own health.

Talking to a real person not a robot worked for me
I initially bought the test as a Christmas gift for my family, but I really struggled getting the vouchers. It took a few attempts to contact to speak to someone, which just did not happen. I really needed help. My daughter got a number, i was delighted. AFTER A CONVERSATION with a real person i was able to redeem all of the vouchers.

Worth doing the test
The actual test is very simple and
I didn’t have to wait long for my results
Everything was very clearly explained and very easy to understand
I decided to take the test after being unwell for a month and being diagnosed with IBS. My results were abit of a surprise with some foods but I’ve started the journey of deducting certain foods from my diet.
