Enlightening & insightful
For a reasonable price, it’s quite a comprehensive list of things that you are apparently checked against. Personally, for a handful of hair strands, I am somewhat surprised and maybe even a little sceptical that you can be tested against hundreds of different things. But, I am still trusting that it is accurate because after making a few lifestyle changes based on these results, I have noticed a difference.
One thing that I personally was apparently sensitive to, was lamb. Never had many problems, really, when having a lamb kebab, for instance, but maybe felt a bit bloated afterwards. Putting that down to just the fact that I had eaten a kebab, it’s not much of a problem, but since switching to chicken kebabs, no bloating. So obviously there is some sensitivity there, and this test was correct.
I would like a little bit more detail to the test results, rather than simply red, yellow or green, and that’s the only reason why I would mark it down a bit because it’s a touch ambiguous. If especially anything marked in red could be given with more detail or examples of what problems may occur then it would be perfect.

At the recommendation of a hospital Dr
At the recommendation of a hospital Dr, I ordered the pack.
My results were quite a shock and it appeared that all the food and drinks which I use a lot (eg. milk, cheeses, salmon etc etc) I had a high sensitivity to.
I consulted my GP as I have not had rashes etc from any of the long list of items I was highly sensitive to. I had bloods taken and checked for allergies. The results were all “normal”.
I’m so glad I didn’t just accept the results from Simply Sensitivity as I would’ve been denying myself some of my favourite foods for no reason

It is therefore possible for someone to have no reported sensitivity to a particular item but still have an allergy to that same item, or vice versa. A medical allergy test and a sensitivity test are looking at different responses, so the results should not be interpreted as interchangeable.

That said, if you have received results showing sensitivities, you may still wish to consider an elimination diet for those foods. Sensitivities can present differently from allergies and may be associated with symptoms such as changes in bloating, bowel movements, headaches or fatigue. Removing potential trigger foods for a period of time and then gradually reintroducing them may help you identify whether you notice any changes in your symptoms. Of course do NOT consume anything you react to.

I wish I’d done more research before wasting my money on this. The test results basically told me not to eat anything. I then did some research and found that it’s complete pseudoscience and hokum. There is no credible scientific basis for the results at all. I would avoid it.

Interesting read and worth cost

This service is excellent
This service is excellent. The test was easy to order. It came quickly. The steps were easy to follow. From the day I sent it back it took about 6 days to get the results. They kept me informed of the progress and the results were very clear. Now I can start to eliminate things from my diet and also cosmetics and household chemicals. It was well worth the money.
