Very helpful in identifying door…
Very helpful in identifying door gearbox required as I had no idea which one was needed. Saved me a lot of money as quoted £260 from a lock smith to supply and fit gearbox.

Initially disappointed but now very impressed
The item I ordered arrived in 2 days, which was fine but I wanted to purchase additional items and tried to use the on line chat. Unfortunately nobody answered and I was forced to place the order without additional items. Rather frustrating, I did get an email apology but it was too late to make a difference.
UPDATE: I'm impressed that they obviously do care about their customers and I have received emails from a Director offering help and advice and explaining what went wrong. Thank you for taking the trouble.

Old uPVC Door Mechanism/Gearbox
I was looking for an old upvc door mechanism/gearbox. Sent an email with pics and dims to technical support and had a reply from Taylor explaining that the model I had was discontinued and advised a suitable replacement. I sent many emails asking questions and Taylor responded quickly and with good information. Based on the service Taylor gave, I ordered the part I needed along with other items. Great service!

Ordered for first time from this ordered locks for my front door an received a empty piece of plastic wrapping with nothing inside reported it to royal mail an tried to get in touch with GB DIY store but know one answers sent an email I did get a response they sent a new one out in royal mail again came the following day however royal mail slungvthe package outside in the street witch because off what I had ordered this was not secure I would have been happy to pay the extra to have special delivery or courier for this item to make the delivery secure I have now received item but was left outside in street I understand this is not gby fault but adding the option for special delivery paying extra would be helpful for items such as this
