WARNING
In June 2025, I opened a business account with GBH Coriolis Bank. Before I even had the chance to use it, I came across a troubling review on Trustpilot that immediately raised red flags. Concerned, I requested the closure of my account right away. At that time, my balance was 13,438.96 EUR.
Despite sending numerous follow up emails over the next few months, I received no meaningful response. Eventually, the bank replied with an email containing an image of a bank cheque issued in my name, claiming it would be mailed to my home address. I never received the cheque.
During this period, I conducted further research and discovered that GBH Coriolis Bank is not legally licensed as a bank, despite its claims. The authority it cites—M.I.S.A.—is not a banking regulator in the Union of Comoros. Additionally, GBH Coriolis Bank does not appear in the official Comoros banking registry as a legally authorised financial institution.
Based on these findings, it is clear to me that GBH Coriolis is not a legitimate bank, but rather an operation that misleads and harms its clients. As a result, my lawyers will be filing both civil and criminal complaints with the competent authorities next week. I strongly encourage anyone who has lost funds through this entity to take similar action.

SCAM!

My funds were blocked without a clear explanation. The company refused to execute the transaction, citing compliance issues, and then denied my withdrawal request. Their support team does not respond to emails.

Don’t get fooled!

Investing here is risky, I was locked out of my acc and denied withdrawals. Glad I found the best way to get it all out eventually. Dont lose hope, see n ame.

The bank just does not return money. After some successful small transfers I wanted to pay a larger invoice and topped up the account. But then the bank just did not wire out the money. First request was placed on Aug 20th, 2025 (Transaction number 4603-17556880843865) and the only thing we got from a bank manager named Amalia Olsen was the message that “Compliance Department” wants me to deposit more money (!!!!!) instead of doing the wire out. Later I tried to close the account (Transaction number 7568-17581213251638) but the bank stopped contacting me. And yes – I have contacted the “Compliance Department“ (compliance at gbhcoriolisbank dot com) many times as mentioned and waited for over 1.5 months since the first request. I sent requests on August 25, August 28, September 8, September 19 and later – ALL WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE. The bank just does not pay. In the meanwhile, I question even if it is a bank at all – I found out that the “bank license” was issued by an apparently not existing financial regulation authority.

UPDATE: As requested by the "Compliance team" of GBH Coriolis Bank above, I have contacted the compliance at gbhcoriolisbank dot com on 07.10.2025. And again: NO RESPONSE, no additional documents for the promised AML or CFT reviews requested. We are more than 2 months since the initial money transfer order dated 12.08.2025. We are more than 1,5 months since the account closure request dated 25.08.2025. I will share the further developments in any case.

UPDATE 27 NOVEMBER 2025
Another month of trying to get my money back from GBH Coriolis Bank. Now they have changed tactic: they are requesting additional documents: a new letter stating me intend to close my account with them (the second letter), then a confirmation letter from my other bank verifying that the account is indeed active. Everything has been provided. AFTER THAT AGAIN – NO MONEY BACK, NO RESPONSE (!!!). We are 3,5 months since the initial money transfer order dated 12.08.2025. We are 3 months since the account closure request dated 25.08.2025. Further updates will follow.

I dealt with Amalia Olsen and transferred about 6000 EUR to the bank. My ID is 638153821618.
When I wanted to close my account and return the money, the bank stopped contacting me.
I wrote both to her and to the compliance department, but there is still no answer.
