So, this is my experience with the guys:
When I booked first, at about 2am, i got a refund like 30 min later. i thought something went wrong, so i booked again and went to bed. when i woke up, i got a refund again, but there were 14 euros missing. so i was kinda discuraged.
guy then messaged me on skype that the service was not available so they had to refund me - no words of my missing money tho.
Then i got asked about my online hours and they put me in a groupchat with the players.
The players a REALLY, REALLY good. They really know what to do. I also could ask them questions during the sessions and learned a lot in that time.They were talking russian when they talked off-topic, but that wasnt an issue. We also peaked at 2650cr. Never thought i would be able to get this high on the ladder.
I booked 6 hours play with R1 players NO EXPRESS and got from 2.2cr to my 50 gladiator wins in about 5 hours. you play multiple sessions of about 1-2 hours. sometimes you dont play for 2 days, i guess its cause the season was ending soon and multiple people booked them. So dont think you book and get your 6 hour session instant :)
The only negative thing, besides my missing refund, was communicating when you get your sessions. The guys message you when youre next to play. Im aware that its hard to really create a fixed schedule for when its your turn, but it would be nice if they tell you "we dont plan to play with you the next 2 days". Thats really the only negative thing i have to say :)
im happy with my dragon now and can recommend this fully

Otherwise, if you return the money and do not confirm the purchase, we will retain up to 5% of the amount of your order), before u buy any service, and on the site we have info any arena rating only Hourly Payment. And First your order its Pilot we send u refund because Pilot its 200% ban.

First of all
First of all, the players that played with me were insanely good. They knew the ins and out of the game and had continuosly a clear vision of what was happening inside the arena, so they could highlight my mistakes at the end of every game.
Despite me being slow on certain aspects and sometimes having trouble doing good ccs while keeping good dmg on our targets I still managed to climb a lot of rating.
I also had a chance to play and train myself against high mmr opponents which is what I feel I need to step up my game further on.
Moreover, the people playing with me were super chill, not raging even if i kept repeating similar mistakes, which I found very nice.
This is not a minus at all. but the environment was chill, but not super comfy/friendly. Keep in mind though that these guys are professionals and coach lower rank player all day, so they're obviously treating it as a job and keeping it on that level!
Overall, if you are looking to hone your gameplay in a safe and chill environment while getting some rating, this is highly suggested.
(Used pro coach service got from 1900 to 2200 in 3 hrs)
