I am a regular player

I am a regular player. I enjoy playing the game. I have shared all the required documents with you; despite this, my account remains under review. It has been five days now that I have been waiting, yet my account has not been reactivated. I place a great deal of trust in 'gcplaying.' I am hopeful that my account will be restored as soon as possible, allowing me to resume playing and enjoying the game.

GCPlaying.com – Misleading Cashback Offer and Unprofessional Conduct

I am filing this complaint against GCPlaying.com, operated by Cetus Technology N.V. (license OGL/2024/408/0128), due to false advertising and deceptive practices regarding their cashback offers.

The website claims that VIP users receive daily cashback on losses. Based on this promotion, I continued depositing and playing. However, when I asked for the cashback, my assigned account manager, “Tino,” informed me that I’m not eligible because I used bonus codes during the week.

This restriction is:
• Not mentioned in the official terms and conditions
• Not shown in the promotional page
• Not disclosed anywhere publicly

I provided screenshots and requested the exact terms that justify this denial, but was told “these are internal rules” and that “not everything is written on the website.” This behavior is both unethical and unprofessional.

Worse, when I insisted on my rights, the manager tried to discourage me from escalating the complaint, saying things like “you may get in trouble in your country” and “this happened before with another client, and it got worse.” These comments are completely inappropriate and can be seen as intimidation.

I have full screenshots of:
• The cashback promotion as shown on their site
• Chat logs with the account manager refusing to honor it
• The manager admitting there’s no written rule

⚠️ I urge other players to stay away from GCPlaying.com.

They promote benefits that they later deny using hidden conditions. Their internal rules contradict their public offers. This is a clear case of misleading advertising and breach of fair gaming practices.

I’ve already filed a chargeback request with my bank, and I hope the public sees this as a warning.
