It didn't take long this time.

It was a very bad experience. After submitting my documents to be transcribed, GEO sent me an invoice. After paying, I received an email from GEO saying they cannot transcribe because my documents are incomplete and there is no refund as per their policy, I should have read their refund policy before.

I believe what I wanted to be analyzed wasn’t properly understood, and the documents were not reviewed correctly.

I ended up spending twice due to the institution’s lack of understanding.

The services was great ,but the shipping takes to much time!

They couldn't validate the certificate we sent them, when that was all the school gave us, but We asked the school again , just in case and they told us that's all they give (the certificate showing the years of high school, grades, etc.), but they charged us for everything, even though they only did the translation.

I would say GEO is the fastest and most responsive evaluator so far. Thank you for the good work!
