GD Property Solicitors Reviews

Amy has been fully supportive throughout, going above and beyond which was highly appreciated. I would fully recommend GD property solicitors to anyone looking for a good quality professional service.

I’m extremely happy with GD property solicitors with how quick and efficiently they helped me sell my house. Found Saydul Haque to be extremely helpful,Friendly, patient and caring, going above and beyond to resolve issues. The whole process was done with great professionalism and efficiency. Thank you so much again GD Solicitors.😁😁 Mr and Mrs S Awan

We used GD Property Solicitors Manchester conveyancing services for the sale of my late Mother's house. The whole sale was dealt with by Shahla who was extremely professional, efficient and timely with all aspects of the sale. I would recommend GD Property Services Manchester, particularly Shahla for conveyancing.

Used GD property solicitors a few times and they are honestly brilliant.

Constantly kept me up to date with what’s going on during selling my house. Very easy to get a hold of on email or phone and very easy to understand where I am at, in terms of the process and an estimate on when I’m going to complete the house sale.

I have used GD property solicitors for both buying and selling my properties and they have never let me down!

Special thanks for Hosai Sadiq, who was honestly one of the best solicitors I’ve come across and I hope to work again with her on my next property sale.

Never going to change solicitors now and which ever Solictor you get from GD will all be great!

My first impression of Amy and GD Legal was very very good. Amy called to introduce herself and guide us through the process. That was really appreciated and really nice.

The app that GD use is really good. Simple to use and understand.

Communication is really important when buying a house. It’s key to a good feeling and relationship.

Amy ensured that the completion was done on a date we needed and really wanted. Her amazing work is so very much appreciated.

Thank you Amy

Thank you GD Solicitors for your excellent and exceptional service provided purchasing my new home.

Saydul was extremely helpful and professional, working on a conveyancing process that was very complicated and long winded. He was attentive, responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Jieyi was great help for our house buying and we were able to complete within 3-4 months' time. As first time buyers the process wasn't as daunting as we had feared and we felt everything was presented to us with good clarity and efficiency

Abdul Iqbal was absolutely amazing through the transfer process. Polite, professional and most importantly responsive.
Highly recommend
5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding service throughout. The solicitor - Abdul demonstrated excellent legal knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication. I was kept informed at all times and felt fully supported. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Exceptional value for money! Abdul kept me up to date with each stage of the conveyance, was easy to approach with any questions I had. Highly recommended 5*

Hosai handled the purchase of a property on me behalf, The service was exceptional from start to finish. I could always reach her and she constantly kept me updated throughout the process. There was never a time when I wasn't able to contact her and every query I had was responded to that same day. Aside from the excellent professional service I encountered with Hosai, she was very personable and genuinely seemed to care on a human level.

Amy K is amazing second house sale/purchase I have used Amy for and she's fantastic, thank you for pulling off this miracle Amy!

Amy helped us to complete our purchase and was very supportive to us as first time buyers. I don't feel communication was an issue and we were kept in the loop with updates. I definitely would use again.

Abdul was amazing from start to finish. Kept us up to date and was available to speak and responded to e-mails swifty too. Excellent service, thank you for your help and support during the home buying and selling process.

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Abdul at GD Property Solicitors. He has been really helpful and transparent and the process felt very smooth. Any hiccups along the way were communicated clearly and resolved without any extra stress on our end. Thank you Abdul for making a difficult process feel much easier!

My purchase was handled by Amy really professionally and quickly. There were issues with the vendors solicitor and a separate garage that Amy went out of her way to resolve. The only issue I had was with the update system on the app which didn't seem to work so I had to ask for updates directly, but that was nothing to do with Amy

Abdul Iqbal and Jieyi Xie were my case handlers as I both sold and bought through GD. Both were efficient and helpful, keeping me updated and Abdul handled an extremely stressful delayed completion day admirably - he was very professional and kind when I was distressed by it and explained what my options were. The delayed completion was not the fault of GD.

Smooth process, good communication and appeared to be responsive. Saydul worked on my property sale and was very good. The downside is that the price charged was considerably more thn the estimated quote provided.

I share the view of the last person who said 'shame I couldn't give no stars'. Do not be fooled by the photos of this company and their 'modern', 'flash' offices. It's all a sham because no one works in the office. One virtual receptionist will tell you that a person called Emily (probably changed her name by now) works from home. This could partly explain why even after 6 months, we had moved no further on the conveyancing of our flat. The company needs to be investigated.
