Very bad I brought an iPhone XR should’ve been a Sim free But not no help no refund nothing very bad

I was initially hesitant to purchase but many positive reviews gave me confidence to go ahead. I received my Sony WH1000xm3 after around 22 days of wait but well packed and original product. It been over 9 months and the headset have been working in perfect condition. I am really glad and would recommend other potential buyers to buy this product if they are searching vendor.

I ordered through PayPal. It wasn’t secure. It took money off my card but not showing the transaction through PayPal activity.

I’ve emailed over and over no response.
I want to take legal action

Ordered AirPods for Christmas. They never arrived in time but they told me to send them back as I had to buy others.
To cut a long story short, they never gave me money back and would not answer any further emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!

Thiefs, liers, illegal. How do they still operate in the UK? I ordered and paid for an IPAD in December and NOTHING to date! I will report them officially. Their WhatsApp and email replies are all a lie.

Excellent service delivery take up to two weeks

Ordered air pods on 12 December for Christmas. Did not arrive - each day the suggested delivery day just increased by a day. By end of January gave up on them and reported to credit card who immediately credited my account (great customer service from Amex). Then got a note to say that when items arrived I would have to pay customs duty and they would refund......do I trust this company based on experience so far..NO. Now just received note from Parcel Force asking for £33.20 for Customs Charge - this is more than 4 months after original deliver date. I wondered what the parcel but then received email correspondence:

Dear Customer

The parcel finally arrived at Royal Mail Center on 23/4/2020 after stopping on 10/12/2019.
It will deliver in the coming 2-3days and it depends on your location. The custom inspection takes 4 months and it is unexpected.

If you choose to accept the parcel as agreed before and we will be responsible for the import tax and we will offer 10% delay discount to you

We will request the fund via Paypal or Stripe and 90% of the total Sales will be charged.

If you don’t want the parcel anymore, you can neglect the message from Royal Mail and we will take care of the tax and the parcel will return to our warehouse

Based on my experience I would certainly never use this company again and I suggest you also purchase elsewhere unless you are happy with a lot of hassle and maybe 4 months delivery.

I ordered some Airpod's on the 4th December and was promised a 5-11 day free of charge delivery. However, they did not arrive. I asked for a refund which i did not get so in February i submitted a claim through my credit card to get my money back. 5 months on GD price have attempted to deliver on the 22nd April with a £60 customs charge and have disputed my claim to my credit card company saying that the goods were delivered on the 12th December. The tracked 48 hour Royal Mail document they have provided to my credit card company does not have a date on it so cannot be a genuine document. Please do not buy from this company. They not only do not fulfil their promises but they are deceptive and should not be trading. I hope they get struck off.

After a couple of missing items in the post it was rectified within the week. The bed is solid & easy to assemble. The lacquer finish on the headboard & footboard is poor but not too noticeable.

Please, please do not use this company. Latest AirPods paid for (not on credit card) on 5th December 2019. They still have not arrived. We have chased and chased and chased. I have sent over 70 emails and not even a reply. (They we’re communicating for a bit at the beginning). Think they operate out of China and lie on the customs form, so they don’t have to pay taxes. Think, as far as I can understand, that ours have been impounded. Initially they offered us 20% off if we were patient and waited for them to be delivered by Royal Mail and another 10% (presumably to cover cost of Royal Mail redelivering). We were patient and did not ask for a refund but since then, no communication at all in the slightest. So we are over £200 down and none the wiser. A life lesson, but please do not do it yourselves.

Product never arrived. Customer service and communication were awful. Requested a refund but never received it. Avoid at all costs.

One star is too generous! I ordered an iPad beginning of December and still not received it. Had a few emails from gdprice in the beginning excuse after excuse. I am now trying to get the money back though my credit card but gd price have told my credit card company they have dispatched the item and so I’ve been charged again. Even though the tracking number they supplied clearly shows Royal Mail are yet to receive the item let alone deliver it. Will have to raise another long dispute case with my credit card company who are being about as helpful as GDPrice! Last communication with GDprice was in January when they said they would cancel my order and refund me within 3-5 days. 2 months later no refund received. Nightmare- do not order with them

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I ordered my daughter an iPad as a Christmas present on the 6th of December which told me it would arrive on the 12 of December. Unfortunately for mei still have not received the item and GDPRICE have no answers for me! Item on tracking is still showing as not left ware house! Not only that, there is a number on their website that ring but nobody picks up!!! Absolute disgrace of a company!!!!!! AVOIDDDDDDDDD

Ordered an iPad then worried myself sick after reading the reviews on here so after a few days I emailed them for a tracking number which they gave me, after another few days Royal Mail was still awaiting the item so I emailed them again and low and behold Royal Mail received the item the next day, I was very pleased to receive my iPad 48 hours later, took 2 weeks but arrived perfect I’m writing this review on it now.

Items bought pre-Xmas and still not delivered 3 months later. They have stopped all communication.

Ordered my items 2 weeks before Christmas still no received it and when I email them no reply what so ever
