0/5 Stars. Scammers avoid!!

0/5 Stars. Ordered an item, paid for it and have not received it. Have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, with 0 response. Luckily I paid via Paypal so could receive a refund but still very annoying! Avoid at all costs.

beware

ordered and paid £156 for 30 laurel bushes. As they were unable to provide tracking details order was cancelled. Despite repeated requests no money returned. I was sold the plants on facebook by Emma Finch and bank transferred the money to Ben Farr, Emma made out she was local to me, turns out she is not. Now pursuing through County Court, action fraud and trading standards. I am surprised Trust pilot has anything to do with these people, avoid buying from them or this company at any cost.

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical!
Avoid at all costs. Zero customer service, and zero items received. Called and emailed several times with no answer or reply. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Gearcourt is a SCAM site!!!

As so many others have said, Gearcourt is SCAM site, advertised via facebook and fake accounts selling items in Market place, who then direct you to Gearcourt to place an order. Order never received and no reply to any emails or calls over the last month. I'm now trying to get my £200 back via paypal. Will also be following up with HMRC and Trading standards.... In short, Do not order anything from gearcourt, its all a a scam!!!!

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I even feel aggrieved having to give one star, for what is a SCAM organization!
I placed an order to the value of £126 on December 10th, and to this day I have not revied the order and there have been no replies to any of my e-mails/calls, this is the same for the messages I sent via Pay Pal. Its very clear that Gear Court (also trading as Cruz Products) is a Scam site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Thankfully my bank has refunded me and is going after Gearcourt/Cruz. One other thing, I think its very telling that 60% of the reviews on here are saying its a scam, where as the other 38% give high praise, its pretty clear that 38% must be posted by Gear court!!

A scam

Like many of those below, I had the misfortune several months ago of placing an order with Gearcourt. Although I received an order reference number, nothing arrived. They have been less than helpful when I have repeatedly attempted to contact them, including simply ignoring my messages. Avoid!

Unreliable & no communication

Ordered something for Christmas has still never appeared so I have been chasing for canceling, finally got a one msg response saying they will cancel but have not had an update on my refund. Tried emailing, contacting via chatbox and their whatsapp.

Avoid like the plague they take your money then leave you with no communication whatsoever.

I've been scammed by these

I made a purchase on the 16th December for over £140 and I was told id receive it within 3 to 5 days. After a week I chased up the order and my messages and emails have been ignored. Several more messages sent and nothing back. I currently have a PayPal case against the seller for a refund. Do not buy anything from these scammers.

Suspected scam

I bought 3 clothes rails via FB marketplace, a guy called John Rogers, said the order had gone through and he would keep me updated on order tracking. He has since blocked me and not replied to any messages regarding delivery date? The company has not replied to my email either asking where my rails are?!

Awful company, poor service, complete scam

Awful company. And by the looks of it a complete scam. Ordered a bedside unit for my children in October. They have advised the item has been shipped but would not supply details of a number or the company.

They are now no longer replying to messages emails or phone calls.

No sign of a refund or the item.
Have contacted Shopify as paid through them, but no response to the complaint as yet.

Avoid!!!
