3 weeks delivery time (shipping from Asia). Part arrived and fits bike but has other geometry/position of rear derailluer. It might work but is definitely not original part.

No response from emails no response from mobile number provided ain't been given tracking number need the hanger urgent for my canyon nerve am if any as one 4 sale or gift appreciated but this place waste of space money and time

Order never delivered, no response to my emails, no refund, don't waste your money

So initially I made a mistake with the shipping address and contacted the gear hanger staff and they said it could be changed but it still got sent to my old address as to where I couldn't get it. So I contacted them again and Tony got back me and personally posted a replacement to my new address special delivery and it came the next morning. Thank you Tony, was very much appreciated.

One star for getting my money back (I'm glad I paid via Paypal).
Took as long as 10 days from order till hanger was eventually "shipped". Then I waited for one month and started to wonder where's my order. According to tracking courier had attempted delivery. Unfortunately they couldn't name the courier company so could have checked with them. I also tried their tracking id on every single courier operating in my country plus national post and id was unknown for all or them.
Based on their web page they wan't to make impression that company is located in UK but it's obvious it's operated from China.

Good communication, the hangar was a perfect fit, but be aware this takes 10 to 14 days to arrive from China. That's a long time to be without a bike.

Not great it took 8 weeks for the hanger to arrive.
Tony was helpful and very quick to answer any concerns, the part arrives in good condition and fitted well.

At the risk of sounding like a complete train spotter..these guys are my ‘go to’ for rear mech hangers! They have everything hanger you could possibly need, about probably about another 750 that you’d never need..but someone else will!

Really good place. Found what we needed quickly and the purchase was simple. Delivery came fairly soon (about a week) so that was good. Only qualm was communication was lacking. After the confirmation email you get nothing until it is out for delivery. I don't know how difficult making orders more trackable is but hey, its not that big an issue.
