I purchased the Eddie Van Halen camp…

I purchased the Eddie Van Halen camp shirt. When I thought it was taking too long, I contacted customer support and they provided me with a legit tracking number. Also, the package showed up in my mailbox the same day I lost my patience. The CS rep was friendly and helpful, and the shirt is exactly what I wanted. Thanks Gearhumans!

Dirty, stained, wrong size your problem

So I ordered the green Power Ranger hoodie and pants. First off the hoodie had brown what looked like coffee stains on it. The set was a large and the hoodie was too big lkke an XL and the pabts were way small Like a Medium or even a Small. The pants were missing draw strings and had a crooked seem at the left ankle. Custome service is in China, they are rude and said ( you have stain, wash it) WHAT?? also they do not accept returns or exchanges.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAP COMPANY.

Three "Free" Face Masks Promised*Arrived!

The "free face masks" I was offered weeks ago *as an
apology for my order(consisting of one "Starry Night w/Mermaid TShirt")*taking nearly two months arrive, were received yesterday.
The (3) face masks are of the same material as the TShirt*with a "mermaid" in one corner" and their
"Starry Starry Night" pattern at the top. I must admit
the face masks are very well made, and a thank you is definitely in order.

Bait and Switch tactics used by this company. The shirts are not like the pictures show. The sleeves are unalligned and they refuse to send me a shirt that looks like the picture advertised. Will be reporting this company and contact a lawyer. Its not about the money its the principal.

Misleading Return Policy, Bad Quality

I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend. Quality was not as good as I was expecting. I wanted to return it, and on the website it says returns are allowed if the item is unused and in original packaging. Contacted customer service and they wouldn't "accept" my return just because I don't like the fabric and because I opened the shipping bag. The hoodie was unworn and still had its tags. But because I opened the bag it was in, I can't return it? I clearly have to open the bag to feel and see the full product and its quality. Customer service told me they only allow refunds if there's a defect which is not what it says under the refund policy. Huge hassle. I wouldn't recommend.

Worse ever

Highly recommend not use this place. I order my wife two cups I been in contact with post office and everyone the site says delivered never recived the package. I email this place they said it deliver to check around and that all they say. Well the customer is always right be warned all they do not care if you get your package or not they won’t talk to you after the notification says delivered they only care we got the money the customer is always wrong. Never use this place I mean never use this place people will get lucky but it a major scam that they just want money and play stupid. If I could report this place I would and they everything is from China the Covid-19 inventers don’t support at all I even asked if they could send me a replacement order they won’t respond stupid scammers I letting the world know and all my friends know sink this business and get your items else where

Only one star because 0 is not an option.
I paid for express shipping and it’s been over three weeks and I still haven’t received my order. They have done nothing to even provide an explanation as to why it had taken so long. I will never order from fear human again

WORST OF THE WORST. ZERO STARS

Honestly, one of the most disreputable, misleading, and shady companies out there.

The item that finally arrived was significantly lower quality than advertised. As well as being several sizes larger than normal.

All requests for replacement were denied and they instead suggested I just buy another one.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Don't ever buy from these crooks! I ordered a jacket in May as a gift for my boyfriend. It never arrived, there's no tracking I can find for it, and they won't answer email or phone.

No customer service

My experience with Gearhuman was terrible. I placed an order on 5/28 and received a shipping confirmation on 6/4. On 6/8 I received a notification that the item was at the post office in Illinois waiting to be sent. I still had not received the item by 6/22 so I called the PO and I was informed that the item had never been received but only a shipping label created. I tried calling Gearhuman but they aren’t accepting calls so I emailed and received a reply that I need to be patient because shipping is “off” due to COVID. I waited another week and emailed GH asking them to track the shipment and refund shipping cost. They said they can’t do that I need to be understanding of the situation and I should call to track the order. On June 29 I requested a refund and have not heard back from them.

I think they may have all died there

Ordered beginning of June, no confirmation email received, contacted Customer Service. After a couple of days they responded with a tracking number that still shows Unknown after two weeks. The store is no longer responding to email and not answering the phone.

ordered in mid march still waiting in mid june...same story, shipped from china arrive new york then nothing...customer service rep not too helpful...looks like we lost $300...or maybe we get it sometime in the future who can say, certainly not gear human...suspecting positive reviews are bots and this is a scam

Still Waiting After 5 Weeks ...

I had been looking forward to receiving a long-sleeve t-shirt (Washington) ... but after 5 weeks I still don't have the shirt! It says it made it from China to New York, but then it dropped off the face of the Earth. I checked with Client Service a couple of times, and the best they could do was counsel patience.
