Rang about order prior to purchase, phone was answered by a person which is hard to come by these days. Ordered item on a Friday afternoon delivered by Wednesday engraved and beautifully gift wrapped. Would be happy to order from here again!

He listened to my preferred style and explained all the details throughout the process. We visited other jewellers, but Gears made the entire experience truly memorable for us.
