From the time we walked in our experience was amazing. Lucy gave us so much time and allowed us to try on so many rings. She didn’t overwhelm us with information we didn’t need. She let us try on so many rings and see what we liked. She topped up the Prosecco glass and was so lovely the whole way through. I was so delighted to walk away with my dream ring. She was amazing to deal with. We will be back to get our wedding rings from her !

I'm just very happy with how they handled everything over the phone and online . They where very professional. Lady on the phone was very helpful. Got to choose the best ring for value . And the free resizing if needed, and cleaning for life Is a very nice touch

We didnt get the item we ordered for click and collect after full payment as they couldnt find it in their stock. Instead we purchased another item.

I ordered a confirmation medal for my daughter. It's absolutely beautiful and for a very small extra price it was engraved with her name and date of confirmation on the back.
