STOP FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!
Read all bad reviews as the good ones are made up!
As many have witnessed these products are cheap China rubbish that do not work, when you try to send back for refund they try to offer % off for you to keep rather than return even though item is faulty, if you push to get refund they say it has to go to China at high postage costs, even though they have a UK & USA office at end of email, I will be sending back to their registered (?) UK Bell Yard London address, it has also been escalated through PayPal, please please please read all bad reviews as these are fraudsters and should be investigated!!!!

The item they sent was not the item I ordered and it was broken. After many emails that they offer to give you some money back they win and get you to send them back to China at a greater cost than the product. This company is NOT based in the UK, it is based in China. They do not send you what you are buying, and what they do send you is broke. DO NOT USE they are criminals.

Purchased a trailcam. This company is a scam

When purchased it goes thru some pay pal acct. It took 2 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived it does not work. They attempted to resolve the issues via email and sent a video. The video was unlike what was happening with my unit. And was in Chinese. It keep asking for a refund but they just give a run around. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE JAMOKES.

I wish I had read the other reviews before buying!! They are dishonest, deceitful and WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GIVE ANY REFUNDS EVEN WHEN THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CLEARLY DEFECTIVE ACROSS THE BOARD. They hide behind conciliatory emails that are endless with the aim of getting customers so fed up they give up. Their T&C's are a joke and they have no intention of abiding by them. They purport to be US company but low quality product has to be shipped back to their OTHER head office in China (which I'm sure the US government would be keen to learn!) - PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVERY BUY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY

I bought a trail camera in April last year, I haven’t managed to get this working properly. To be fair, and this is my last laugh😂😂😂, they did spend time sending videos of themselves working the product, but I spent even longer filming ours to show ours is c**p. I have asked for my money back or a replacement for which neither has appeared and they do not reply anymore. Absolute thieves! Will pursue my credit card company now, but don’t hold out much hope because it was just under £100. People like this are scum. I’ve worked hard all my life to make ends meet and in my retirement, I wanted some pleasure from the wildlife in my garden, every penny counts. How can a company do that to an elderly person!?

UTTERLY USELESS PRODUCT (fit bit). COMPANY pretending to be American but is Chinese and quality is disgraceful. I couldn’t write a worse review without swearing! 🤬 Customer service non-existent. Be warned! Worst company I’ve ever reviewed by a mile!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

I have requested a refund 7 times and this is the nonsense they send you back,

“Our apologies for getting back to you so late. We will do our best to help come up with a solution for you. I'll get back to you ASAP.”

And then they don’t. I’ve been trying now for 2.5 months to get my money back. Utter thieves!

Don’t use. Bought headphones. Never arrived. No prooer responds other than “it’s with our operations team”. They ignored requests for refund. Went though PayPal. This went on a month.

Awful company, purchased heated gloves they lasted 2 weeks and stopped working, it took them 3 weeks of emails back and fourth to say I can repurchase them at half price😂 are they joking at 100£ for gloves that didn't last 2 weeks!! Do not purchase from this company, they also took my review off there website!!!

Really really poor service . Paid £80 for a pair of heated motorcycle gloves for my son for Xmas, the batteries are not holding their charge after just over a month .
Contacted geartekk to ask for replacement batteries but as its days over 30 days then they hide behind rules and regs and have no customer service skills at all . So to sum up they can sell you a expensive pair of gloves and as long as they last 30 days , then they just basically tell you to get lost .
Never buy from these people again

If I could give these guys zero I would. I bought supposedly waterproof headphones. They stopped charging shortly after. After numerous emails they offered me a replacement. Same thing happened and they refuse to refund me.as they say they have sent a replacement. Which was just as faulty as the original.. you couldn't actually make this up utterly disgraceful. These con artists should not be in business do not buy from them ever

Bought a Trail camera, does not work , called and they said they would give us a 35% refund if we kept the non working camera , or we could ship it back to China for a return , so we took the $80 dollar lost , shipping to China would have been around $50dollars.

Bought waterproof heated gloves
Leaked the first they got wet
And one battery packed up.
Wont accept returns or refund me as gloves were purchased over 6 months ago

How do I get rid of the single star I had to tick. They don't deserve any

I ordered a pair of heated gloves for my husband using the measuring dimensions on their website. They were too large. I have been trying, without success, to return these items.
After multiple emails with the CS team they always have to ask their "operations team" for information. They have offered a part-exchange if I pay £50. I still have not been provided with a return address.
I have called the customer service number, but the message goes "There are no customer services agents available, please leave a message and we will call you back" of course nobody called back.
I will have to hope that my bank can invoke consumer rights and refund the money.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!

Do not do business with this company! $300 spent on 2 Alt Loop Wi-Fi trail cameras. Neither one worked, neither one would connect to Wi-Fi. Neither one took photos. Contacted company gave me the runaround and has not approved my return from my money back. Numerous other customers have gone through the exact same thing with this company. I wish I read the reviews before I placed the order because I would never have placed the order and done business with this terrible company! Buyer beware!

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered bone conducting headphones to use for swimming. I was able to connect to blue tooth but could not get the mp3 player to work. They are clearly faulty. They will not give me a refund as they want me to send a video of the issue. I tried but the file
was too large. I can not get any satisfaction and am very disappointed

Item took much longer then stated to arrive. They’ve put a London address on the website but items actually come from China. The Headphones I bought for swimming broke after 6 weeks of use. They dont turn on or charge, completely dead! I contacted them and asked for a refund only to be fobbed off. I eventually opened a dispute with PayPal where the company offered me half my money back for an item id only had 6 weeks. What a joke! I escalated the dispute through PayPal and ended up getting a full refund. Wouldn’t ever use this company again!!

I reviewed a site for Best trail Cam 2023. On that site trugearguide.com several trail cams came up. I clicked on the one I was interested in. It directed me to the gear tekk site.
ordered an Altloop 1296 trail cam. I received a no name brand 830 trail cam. Package was damaged and product was used. I ended up reviewing the trugearguide.com site and discovered that all the cameras reviewed directed you to gear tekk. Infact the Altloop brand doesn't even exist anywhere but GearTekk.

I contacted Gear Tekk. They apologize and offered me to keep the product with a 15 percent refund then a 30 percent refund. I pointed out that their site offers returns guaranteed within 30 days, they offered me to return the product at my expense. They gave me a return address. The address was a residence home in California. I checked it out, they are not associated with Gear Tekk whatsoever.

I checked out the property address they advertised on their site. Its located in a Finacial Investigation Bureau building in California. They said that Gear Tekk doesn't operate out of their property.

I have reported gear tekk and trugearguide.com to the appropriate authorities, since then I see an associated web site that offers the same products. Note, address and phone numbers are not provided on this site.

This is for sure a scam company. I hope I can save others from losing your hard earned money. Very disappointed.

This is a Chinese company pretending to be located in San Francisco. They sent counterfeit nonfunctional headphones, and refuse to issue a refund. Many email exchanges. I have filed a cyber and elder abuse complaint with the FBI and will dispute the charge on my credit card.
