After purchase on Amazon for our crested gecko the package arrived with multiple products and some where damage & 1 missing. Contacted customer service and ignored, waited for a few days and nothing. Contacted again and refused to refund and I was told never to buy from them again. Customer service at it's finest, NOT!!

I don't know what I'd do without this website. My crestie will only eat Pangea Fig & Insects, and this is the only place that always has it and doesn't artificially inflate the price. I've never had a problem with the delivery, it's always been quick. I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I'd say to keep in mind that this is probably a really small business, so you can't expect the fast customer service you'd get from a big business - I'm sure they're doing their best.

Ordered for 200 pounds as his site clearly states he ships to EU. After a week i enquire where my items are. He tells me he doesn't ship to EU since Brexit. However his site STILL states he ships to EU...

Took him a week to refund. But the refund was 8 pound short.

I just noticed this and emailed him and he said he was sure he paid the right amount.

No you didn't. You refunded 8 pounds to little. Sadly i had to escalate to a PayPal claim.

First i wasn't going to give him a review at all but since a month later he still has the claim on his site he sells to EU (He does not) and i have to waste time having to file a claim here is my experience after all.

Edit 15-9-2024 He just ignores my PayPal claim so i now escalated. So now you know this business is run by a nasty owner who just stole 8 pounds and completely ignores even PayPal dispute! Glad i used PayPal so i can get my money back from this thief!

Yeah the items we ordered arrived. But customer service is terrible, I could have chosen free delivery, but due to the strikes I paid for recorded. They never sent the item recorded and have not responded to my email querying this. So charged me for something I haven’t even received.

Delivered very quickly and packaged very well.

The title says it all - every time I use Gecko Diet, the service is always excellent. My order is always dispatched in good time and I always receive it really quickly. If you’re looking to feed any CGD eating gecko, the selection of products is second to none. The price is also the best I have found, and much cheaper than at my local pet shop. Highly recommend!

When my usual supplier ran out of the only food my crestie will eat, I found Geckodiet and never went back to my old supplier.
Great range of Pangea fruit food, the delivery is quick and free. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

The website was really easy to navigate and the prices weren’t too bad, however I had one slight problem , I had ordered a product for my future gecko and had forgotten I ordered it I sent an email saying my product has not arrived after 2 weeks of waiting but I was met with a quick response saying it has arrived at this point I had searched everywhere to then realise my product was no where to be seen, i understand that there is no way of trusting me but to then ignore my messages saying there is nothing to say really bothered me as it makes it look like I’m in the wrong, this company looks to be really trusted and genuine I just believe I had an unlucky experience .

Extraordinarily rapid delivery. We ordered a product mid afternoon and it was with us by the morning of the following day.
