Customer service is poor
Order 3 lots of bulbs, received the first 2 fine the garlic bulbs they said I'll get them sometime in January unfortunately they only send an email when the order goes through, nothing about if its being processed, or out for delivery. Have emailed them asking about when my wild garlic bulbs are coming but nothing. I doubt I'll be using them again because communication is one way and nothing from them!
Such a shame. Hoping I get them soon otherwise I'll have to speak to my bank

Due to the nature of our products, it isn’t always possible to supply an entire order at the same time. There are essential lifting periods during the naturalising process, which vary from species to species.
Please be assured that as soon as the Allium ursinum is lifted from the ground, we will send it to you in tip-top condition to complete your order.

Highly Pleased with Geetee
Delivered on time. Everything ordered was correct, nicely labelled and well packed. Some of the daffodil bulbs were the plumpest I have seen and all bulbs looked healthy. I placed a second order as I was so pleased and had a box of tulips delivered to a friend and everything was perfect for her too. There's a well thought out planting guide included too.

This was my first order from GEE TEE bulbs, and i am very impressed. Lovely healthy bulbs, much better than some of the most popular suppliers I have used. Great prices and selection. I cannot fault this company or their bulbs! I will certainly use Gee Tee in future, and would highly recommend them.
