I was unsure of when the bulbs I…
I was unsure of when the bulbs I ordered would be delivered. The acknowledgement of order said from January 6th but when I queried not receiving them I got a slightly curt message saying time of delivery had been explained and the bulbs were to be delivered later in February. I wouldn’t have queried delivery if this date had already been on the acknowledgment. Quality of two types of Gladioli I ordered do not look great but obviously difficult to assess fairly until flowered.

I ordered wild daffs and english bluebells 'in the green'. They arrived swiftly and looked freshly lifted, settled into their new home as if they had always grown there. This company was recommended to me many years ago and I have never been disappointed with their plants.

Disappointing
Ordered nerines and winter aconites in the green. The nerines look ok and will be planted soon. However, I was disappointed with the aconites. They are sold by the stem not the bulb but many of the stems were severed upon arrival and many of the bulbs were joined together as clumps. I ordered 25 ‘stems’ but actually only had 4 plants as such (with many stems broken off). The result is far less planting coverage than intended. Customer services were polite but ultimately dismissive. I wouldn’t use this company again for these reasons.
