easy to order good quality shirts and a good size ,very happy with my orders ,will be buying more .

I ordered 4 shirts for Christmas gifts. It is now January 17. They reply to every email. They say it’s on its way. Tracking shows as of Dec 13 it is sitting in China.
I do believe it is a scam company and there is no package coming.
Do not waste your money.

No item received; no refund

My five star rating is based solely on the ordering process. I have not yet received the shirt. I have not seen what the quality of the shirt product is. I was sent the survey to comment on what the experience of buying the shirt was like. The process was smooth, I paid through PayPal, and everything went according to what I expected. How quickly my product arrives, and the quality of the shirt is still completely unknown. We shall see.

Subject selection was current and imaginative, color selection was wide, and checkout was easy. Can’t wait to see them in person.

This shirt or rather the message it shared spoke to me on so many levels. Most of all it made me laugh which is very important. It was easy to order, the color selection was very good, and I received a 15% off coupon. What is not to love. I will be back for more, for sure.

Terrible service. I purchased four T-shirts on the 10th December 2025, it is now 14th of January and still no product. I requested a refund on the 12th of January, they say my product is still on route. Customer service not responding to my emails. Will not be using this company again.

Very stranged the t-shirt turned up after I wrote this review. I bought them for christnad gift so a bit late. I had to find other alternatives expensive. I won't purchase again. After 5 attemps we finally agreed a 60% refund as I would have to cover the returns postage. Do not purchase again.

Love these different tee shirts

I ordered a shirt on 5th December 2025. It is now 15th January 2026 and I am still waiting for my order. I contacted the company earlier in the month who informed me that the order was completed and I could track the order via an app. The app is NOT free and so I declined to install it. I guess I will have to hope the order comes through, but this will be the one and only order I ever make with geebitshirt

T shirts ordered in November and they still have not arrived. Tracking link useless and customer service non existent. Don't bother

Scam! Run! DO NOT BUY!

Your shirt's going to be drop shipped from China so expect to wait upwards of 6 weeks. Wouldn't mind if that was clearly explained at the beginning of the transaction It is not. Once I received the T-shirts they were not as described no The transfer of the print onto the garment from their silk screen process is absolutely horrible not as shown in the photo not acceptable and instead of following through on their posted refund policy they have proceeded to give me the same emailed responses 3 times. I can see I'm going to have to go and fight through my credit union to get a proper refund. I will never order from these grifters. I guess I should be happy I've actually received something after seeing the other reviews. And to trust pilot you need to go through and read these reviews It's quite obvious that every other five-star review that comes after the three negative ones is a fake review written by the person because it's the same vernacular and words that are used in each review, that's fake!!
That's five stars how can that be?
When every other person has complaned about the same thing. They didn't get their order or they can't get a refund!!

Easy to make an impulse purchase from the range offered!

Ordered 2 T Shirts on 7th Dec. They arrived 9th Jan.
Contacted Geekbit twice. First they said "be patient." I then requested a refund as they had not arrived by christmas. They said I couldnt have a refund because they had started making them. I didnt realise they are in China. Website should say how long it takes.
I wont be using this site again.
T shirts are ok though.

Ordered 10th December, here we are mid January still has not arrived. Tracking does not work. They keep telling me it is in transit. Do not trust this site..

I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas gift on 12th December not realising it was a China based company so it only arrived today. Quality is OK but the sizing is rubbish. I ordered a large and its nowhere near, more like a UK small.
Very disappointed.

100% cotton
Sizing is bigger than standard sizes - I'm medium and the T-shirt is marked as medium, but is equivalent to a UK Large.
Dispatched from China so expect a week or two for delivery.

We are at 40 days & I have seen nothing. Tracking has it sitting at country of origin airport. Getting responses to emails offering a 20% refund when received which I find pretty funny seeing it's clearly not going to be received. Be warned people do not buy from GEEKBIT!

Ordered goods 13/12. Still waiting. They told me I can't cancel my order as shipping was in progress. But my order is still 'out of stock'. Im going through my bank for. refund.
