I couldn't be more SATISFIED with the assistance I have received from Tony and Jerry...they cleaned up my first computer that I am on here and added all the security I NEEDED.....Received my new pc and Jerry out performed setting up the security on my new pc and then some. Jerry helped me today - my printer was being silly and wouldn't print for the second time in a week. It's fixed for now and the nice part is that if it gets silly again I can log in and the support on the other side is always there and friendly and takes care of my problem.

James was excellent in helping with my connectivity problems. He was patient and knowledgeable and completed the issues very professionally... explaining every step of the process so that a layman like understood. Thank you James! Spoke with Jennifer and James today. My computer would not allow me to access my Email. They were knowledgeable, polite, and patient as I am a little challenged in this area. They went to work as soon as they explained everything to me and Now my email is up and running. Definitely an asset to your company.
