I REALLY wish I would have read these…

I REALLY wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I ordered..
I place my order in march, they said I'd receive May's box since I ordered after the 20th,no problem, but it's now MAY 11th and still NOTHING! The Corona virus excuse only works for so long!
So disappointed, my daughter was so excited, and it's been 1 big disappointment 👎

Horrible experience

This has been one big, disappointing fiasco. My box was expected to be shipped end of February, but they had a problem with damaged boxes so there was a delay. I was ok with waiting a little longer as this was an unforeseen event they couldn't help.
But on March 18 there still was no shipping notification so I decided to cancel get a refund instead. They told me my box had been shipped on March 5th yet I never received a notification.
Sent 3 emails by now asking to forward this to me but they have ignored all my messages and only resent my order notification, which was obviously not what I asked.
Never received my box, as I know it has never been shipped. If it had been, forwarding something so simple as a shipping notification would have been easy enough.
Goodbye refund, hello bad customer service.

Gutted

Gutted! I ordered a doormat for my new HP themed hallway in December; I have never received the item so I was promised a refund, almost 3 months on from placing my order and I still don't have my money back :-(

Fantastic box

I received my first box last month and it was fantastic loved the prophecy orb. Cant wait for my second box to arrive looking forward to seeing whats in after the hints on the page. I liked the fact they updated us muggles about a shipping delay that wasnt their fault ( pics in the insta).

A positive turn around

Edited: Back in March I had a bad experience with GeekGear. My order was never despatched, I had dreadful communication issues and I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. I left a poor review for poor service and was left feeling disappointed with a company I had supported for a long time.
Since then I have been contacted by new management at GG, seeking to understand problems that they could rectify going forward. I’m pleased that they’re looking to turn things around, and having placed a new order I’m hoping this is an opportunity for them to showcase a better attitude towards their customers.
Fingers crossed I’ll be able to give 5* when my order arrives.

Geek Gear - We love them

Geek Gear - Keep bringing the mystery and magic to our door!

Cracking boxes and other than the occasional issue with delivery due to couriers (not geek gear's fault) my little dude is ecstatic.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have FIVE missing boxes (including the "special" edition House Pride). I sent lots of emails and they keep ignoring me. I asked for a tracking number of my box and they told me I'd have to pay extra 6 pounds. So I did, but they ROBBED me because I never got the tracking number neither the box. They even told me that the problem was me address, but I was receiving everything and suddenly I stopped. I can only imagine that they never sent it. I kept commenting on their instagram page and for my surprise they BLOCKED ME! And on their Facebook page too. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL ONLY ROB YOU!!!!

The box never arrived and they ignore my emails

I ordered the “house pride box” and it never arrived. It was supposed to be dispatched in the end of September, and when it didn’t arrive I contacted the company. They said they had to get in touch with Royal Mail to figure out where my box went. They never contacted me back and they’ve ignored all my emails, and delete my comments on Instagram. If I was you I wouldn’t risk buying anything from them!

The best magical subscription boxes out there!

I'm reviewing the wizarding box. Geek Gear is by far my most favourites when it comes to magical subscription boxes. The wizarding world is so big and geek gear always manages to put the nicest things together. The boxes are packed with love and you get a really nice value for the price.
The special editions with youtuber cherry wallis was exceptionally beautiful and well put together, i hope they keep doing these from time to time.
There are different boxes to choose from, so there is a good option for everyone.
I am in love with their products and will always be.

One of the best Wizardry Boxes out there ⚡️

I've been a member since August 2019 and I have to say I love these boxes! You get quality items for great value and they always try to be innovative. I've gotten potions, replicas, pins, beautiful art and so much more. I also love their special/limited edition boxes. I recently ordered the Luna Lovegood box, so excited to get that.
So if you are looking for a great monthly subscription box with magical goodies I highly recommend this one 🙃

I have been ordering GeekGearWizarding box since 2 years now.
My favourite items have been the replicas and the boxes in the collaboration with Cherry. I use these replicas to create my own magical world on instagram and share it with their amazing community.
Everything is well thought and made! Objects can be official merch and original one.
I would 100% recommand you to order a geekgearWizarding box and filled your life with magic.

I've subscribed to the Geek Gear…

I've subscribed to the Geek Gear Wizardry box in the past and loved it! I've had to unsubscribe temporarily because of funds being low at the moment but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a magical subscription box, as with all boxes there have been a few items that weren't to my my personal taste but every box delivered multiple items I genuinely loved and use in social media posts all the time. Some of my favourite items have been the recipes, wand replicas and the collaboration with Cherry Wallace, I was lucky enough to buy the first one and every item was very thoughtful and beautifully made and worth every penny! I can't wait until I am once again in a position to resubscribe

Super happy with our subscription

We absolutely love getting our monthly box. Extremely happy that they include mini replicas and potions. The boxes that they use to include the items are super cute, and can be reuse for decorations. Love all of the teas that come in the box.

We haven't had any major issues with customer service. They are fairly quick to assist you.

The only negative things would be that we don't get a tracking number, since we are in the USA the box normally arrives with the first 2 weeks of the following month. Sometimes items are broken or missing. But sending they an email them and they will address the issue.

Will reccomend to family and friends.

GeekGear wizardry

Their wizardry box is one of the best Harry Potter boxes out there! They have some really unique items and everything is in great quality. Their customers service is very good and they usually reply with 24h.
Don't know what else to say except that they are really great and you get your moneys worth with their boxes!

GeekGear Boxes Are Magical and Amazing!

I've ordered Geek Gear Box twice, both for the collab of Geek Gear and Cherry Wallis' boxes, Curation of Magical Curiosities. Both boxes arrived promptly and in great condition. The contents of the boxes were of exquisite quality, and even more imaginative and creative than I imagined! I've never had an issue with recieving or ordering any of my boxes, but I'm sure their customer service is great. Geek Gear's Harry Potter subscription boxes are a definite must have for any fan who wants something different and of great quality!
