I have been running a Geekom A5 for eight months now. I use it all day every day to operate my accounting business. It simply works perfectly, no issues at all.

I bought a Geekom A5 to configure and send to an elderly relative living overseas as a PC replacement. Delivery was quick, it took me about and hour to set it up with applications and tools for the recipient. I put it back in the box and sent it overseas for reasonable shipping cost and everything worked instantly at the recipients end. Excellent, compact product.

I bought a GEEKOM A7 Max Mini PC and I really impressed with the performance. At first I was skeptical about this brand/company as I never heard this name before, unlike Hp, Acer, Dell etc. However, my friend told me to give a try and it has absolutely change my mind. The price is reasonable, the PC specifications and performance have over extended my expectation. It is so compact, small and powerful!

Postage of my the GMKtec Mini Gaming PC AMD Ryzen 5 6600H bought from GMKtec_AUS was efficient and quick. Item was nicely packaged and boxed. Description of the PC and items included was also accurate.
PC has performed above expectation without any issues. Depending on where you place or use the PC you will need need open it up and clean the fan once in a while as dust accumulate. Otherwise loving it!

I bought the Geekom A8 to run my energy trading system about 6 weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the classy appearance and the refine operation of this mini PC is:

Bought an GEEKOM Mini IT13 at a great price, was shipped promptly to my house, had it up and running in no time and has been faithfully running my Homelab for the last 2 years with no problems. Would gladly buy another product from them.

I got the Geekom A5. The mini PC works great. The unit had a problem thay the power supply was not sufficient for the PC and workload I was putting it through and I had to buy a better one. Customer service were good and refunded me the cost of the PSU and provided a gift to account for inconvenience which was nice.
Also the RAM wasn't quite upto spec of what was advertised but I got over this as it was sufficient for my needs. Overall it was a good unit for the price with some notable build quality issues made up for with decent customer service.

The model was available for immediate delivery and came within the timeline. Widows 11 was installed and ready to go. It was a simple startup process. The product has successfully run and updated since I started it.

I was cautious because I had never heard of this company or its very small computers. However, I ordered an IT13 and a USB adaptor. The service and the products and setup were faultless. The adaptor runs quite warm but after 6 months still no problems. Amazing for such a small computer.

Quality product, reliable delivery, great value for money. Would buy again.

I purchased the GT1 Mega mini PC for its performance and small size. A similar spec'd laptop would have cost twice the price, so it represents very good value. I use it to run graphics apps like Kdenlive and Inkscape. Rendering a 45 minute 4K video in Kdenlive takes about 6 minutes; blazing. The 32Gb RAM gives plenty of headroom to run intensive graphics. During video rendering, you can hear the fan working and the temperature stays very stable.
There are multiple USB ports and 2.5Gb network ports so connectivity is excellent. I run a portable 4k monitor via the USB. The monitor receives power and video signal from the mini PC. The image quality is excellent and very stable.
The small footprint is great for reducing clutter on a desk.

I am an AMD fan! Hence, I chose Geekom A8 AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS system as my current work PC. Compared to my previous mini-tower form, this mini-PC just gave me the wow factor! I would never have imagined how much it can fit in a small box and still be able to deliver quiet, powerful performance for my work. 👍
I have used the PC on some A games, and it performs quite well; occasionally the fan works hard enough to be noticeable.
Overall, I gave 9/10 for my satisfaction level.

Great experience with the Mini Air 12. Using it as my TV computer. Small, powerful enough, and budget friendly. It even gets to go out of the house with me as my travelling computer. Recommended.

Appreciate the extra space on my desk easily outperforms my previous desktop pc. I was apprehensive about purchasing a mini desktop pc but so pleased I took the plunge.

Purchased the A8 mini PC and have loved the upgrade from my old PC. Deliver was quick and the modifications options were easy and affordable. I've had the A8 for about 11 months now and its still running flawlessly.

I would have loved to had a more powerful graphics card but adding a eGPU (I edit images and video ) should be enough to get over that hurdle. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase and power you get for the price. Definitely recommend it!

I have a Geekom Mini IT13 which I have had since April 2024 and I absolutely love it. It is quiet and so small for something with quite large computing power. When I first purchased it there was a problem with the power transformer but the company replaced it immediately and everything has been running like a charm ever since.

I now have 3 Geekom PCs running in my home office. I use one for business, one for personal, and I recently received the Mega9 to use for running AI models. I purchased my first one because I was sick of a big box PC taking up space and making too much noise. The Geekom machines take up little space and are very quiet. I'm very happy with them and will continue to buy them for my PC needs.
