I phoned the Geek online on Time support person John Hubbell and he was the most professional and thorough support I have in compassed in years .

He was patient and very knowledgeable of what was troubling my PC.

I would highly recommend his service to everyone that I know and use it again!

Received a call out of the blue claming they could see I had a problem with my PC. And how did they do that?? They wanted remote access to my PC. Not gunna happen. Then claimed they had links with Norton (Symantec). After playing along for 30 mins I told them where to go. the chap who called also said his name was Paul, yeah right, with a very stong Indian accent.

Checked out the 3 addresses on their website. All look very dodgy. Also there is no phone number on the site. SCAMMERS!

The technician assigned to my case was Excellent beyond words. He is extremely professional in every way, English is perfect.

A company called "Geek Online" have today been purporting to represent Norton Security and engaging customers in phone calls and enabling or installing remote desktop control software. This may be a scam. Be aware that there are only 30 reviews of this company which began 3 months ago. Use caution and check with someone you trust before allowing access to your PC.

I'm quite happy with the service I was given today The tech was courtious and extremely helpful, I will be giving out your number to my friends in case they need help with their computer
