I have dealt with Geeks 2U since 2016, and the appointments I have had with them over the years although not many, have been marvellous. They always arrive, and on time too.
We need a company like Geeks, I can’t rate them highly enough.

Hopeless! The guy that turned up might as well of had a "IT for dummies" book under his arm. They were informed of the issue prior to arriving, however, upon arriving asked me whether I had certain hardware they could use to fix it. This did not happen and he left. They then arranged for a technician to call me. He spent 2 minutes on the phone and stated he can't fix the issue over the phone. He went on to tell me he would not charge me for the 2 minutes he spent with me, but then charged me for the full hour. They then rebooked me a technician to come out (it has now been 1 week since the original booking) and at the time they were meant to arrive, I received an email stating the appointment had been cancelled with no explanation. When I called the call center, no apology, nothing. They did not care. I do not recommend this compony to anyone, unless your objective is to have your time wasted and get charged for a service that was never provided and still be left with the issue. I have asked for manager to call me back numerous times and also asked for confirmation of my discussions in writing and I have received nothing.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!
booked yesterday - they canceled on me at the time the ‘technician’ was supposed to be here. No apology just ‘ah well if technician decides they can’t come there isn’t anything we can do’… booked me another for 4pm…
Showed up, fiddled for 10 mins, said can’t do anything contact HP for warranty and left … then hit me with a $200 bill inc. a $50 fee for ‘same day call out’ despite me booking yesterday!
They obviously lie when they say ‘no fee no fix’
Don’t reply to emails, absolute cowboys.

Very accessible and accommodating service. Jacob on switch was prepared to go that extra step to get me where I needed to be. My tech assistant Mehroze admitted he did not have much experience with Crazy Domains, which is why, I suspect, he did not charge me for his initial work. But he eventually identified the problem and got me to a position where I could finish it off with Crazy Domains' tech assistance. I appreciated his perseverance and honesty.

The Geeks technician, Muhammad, was absolutely fantastic - he was courteous , calm and completely professional despite the many challenges he had in connecting us to the internet and in setting up our new printer. I would thoroughly recommend both Muhammad and Geeks particularly if you are technophobes like we are.

All good. Nick was thorough and careful, and explained what the problems were in language I could just about understand. When he set the computer up with the new SSD he was careful to reinstall software I'd had and to make sure everything was working, which I appreciated. The computer is going like a dream and I am really happy with the outcome.
