My husband ordered this customized guitar phone case and yes he got the confirmation but after that nothing! It was ordered July 11th and since then nothing! We dont pick up money just anywhere! Received cheap made item
My husband ordered a wooden Native American Chief plaque. This was advertised and a carved wooden sign. What he received was a cheaply made plaque with the design appearing to be an applique applied to the cheap price of wood. No engraving whatsoever. Very disappointed with plaque as not as shown or described on your website. We will never order from you and will suggest others to avoid your company.

What a terrible company I ordered a cap…
What a terrible company I ordered a cap got something totally different which the quality is cheap and poor.
On my order confirmation had a picture of the one I ordered and got a different cap message the company they said that is their stock cap. I should have put a code in don’t deal with this company.
I complained offered me 3 dollars all I wanted was the correct cap.
They are not an American company.

This place sells knock off crocs and bad business policy
This place sells knock off Crocs and has a terrible business policy. I ordered a Kids Size 3, which in EU sizing should be a 34-35, not a 27-28. Their entire sizing system is off, and it's to get you to buy a customized gift in the wrong size, and then tell you, oh sorry, our sizing is completely off from the US shoe sizes, but you should have looked at size chart and not assumed we size shoes like a company, allegedly based in the US would, but if you pay us $27 with shipping, or we can give 20% off code off price, and then not provide any codes to actually get these discounts, we will send you the right ones. Also no phone number listed on site, just an email. I wouldn't buy anything ever again from this place. Terrible custom service, and the product took forever to arrive. Also it was a cheap and flimsy product and not like normal crocs, which you can get for $40 via Crocs or Amazon.

Quality & Unique Products With Stellar Customer Service !!!
When I saw an ad for Geeowl, I was impressed with the original, unique designs and what appeared to be quality work. However, I'd never heard of Geeowl. I proceeded to research this company. Thru my due diligence, I did not find any complaints against Geeowl and determined Geeowl had a high rating with the BBB. That's when I decided to place an order for my youngest Son's Birthday, who is a musician. I ordered the Baseball Cap with the Piano Design and the Personal Insignia. Upon receiving confirmation that he received his gift and was pleased with it, I proceeded to place an order for my oldest Son's Birthday, who is also a musician. Upon receiving his gift, he expressed gratitude and praise regarding how unique and personal the gift was as well. And the Customer Service...Wow !!! Competent, Courteous and Professional. When checking on the status of the orders, I ALWAYS received an acknowledgement of receipt and a prompt response followed with an update. And lastly, when my discount on my second order did not process, again Customer Service to the rescue !!! Geeowl, I am Glad to have discoverd your company !!!
