Please please don't do it!
This company is a scam. The website states ships in 24 hours. It has been over a week and they tell me it is a customized color. No where on the site does it say this particular unit is a custom color. They told me they are trying to expedite my order. I have asked to cancel and they keep sending generic responses which suggests they need to do this often. I was stupid for giving them a chance. Today they said it is near finished. Again it has been over a week. They flat out lie on the website. I guess they just get your money and hold it hostage. If I even get this wig and that is a big IF. ... it better be the best wig in have ever purchased. I could kick myself. I am just considering it money lost. There are a lot a fake reviews on here. Read carefully. A lot is repetitive with either exact same language or close. Update: I received it yesterday. I wish I could post pics here. It's horrible. It looks like a clown wig. It smells so bad I had to take it outside because it was smelling up my house. It also made my hair itch so I washed my hair right away.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a wig for my upcoming anniversary and the product I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The highlights were completely different — very orange, uneven, and appeared over-processed. For the price, I expected far better quality.
After raising the issue with the company, they insisted the colour was the same as advertised and were not willing to assist or acknowledge the problem. This was especially frustrating given that many other customers have complained about inaccurate colours, yet I still chose to give them a chance.
Now I’m left without suitable hair for a special occasion, out of pocket, and with no support from the company. Really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend based on what I received and how the situation was handled.

I purchased an 22 inch wig them back in april for prom the lace was very thin and easy to meltttt ! it’s very easy to comb out and my install lasted 3 weeks . I installed it again for graduation and it was still soft and not tangled! overall experience 10/10

Damaged product, no support for months
I received my order in damaged and unacceptable condition. I reported the issue on the same day with clear photo evidence. Since August, I have been trying to get support, but the company has repeatedly refused to resolve the issue and insists that I return the defective item at my own expense from Germany to the USA.
Customer service has been unresponsive for months, and no reasonable solution has been offered.
In the package, there was also a voucher encouraging me to leave a positive review, which raises concerns about the authenticity of many online ratings.
Because the issue remains unresolved, I have initiated legal steps.
I recommend checking real customer experiences before purchasing!!!

I’ve never received better service than the Geeta Hair team. They always help me out, even with additional requests for my orders. I’ve repurchased here 3 times and will definitely do so again. The quality of the hair is astronomical and the lace melts sooo nicely. Just an amazing company overall!
