I waited a month to receive an item of clothing that would keep me warm during our winter outside performances. It has arrived after these have now finished. I have had to chase the item frequently to see what was happening. Communication has been poor and reactive rather than proactive. However, there are no alternative outlets so you are stuck. This in fact may be the problem; too much traffic and not enough staff. There seems to be a sort of resignation amongst other RC members that items can take a long time to turn up. Advice; Order well in advance if you know you are going to need something. One month was not enough in my case.
