I have been using the product gor 4 weeks, exercising dsily and reduced my calorie intake. I have lost Zero pounds. It does not cut inbetween cravings. I emaild the manufacturer and told that I had to wsit at least 30 days before contacting them about a refund. I would suggest staying away from this product.
