Do not buy anything from this site! I purchased a blooming gel that NEVER came. I have sent them an email to refund me and I never received a response. Visited the website multiple times and there's no products even on there! Complete scam!!

Ordered and never turned up. Paid over £30 for builder gel for it to not come.

I have purchased from this company before! I was refunded and not told why? I did reach out but never received a response! I went back onto the site to find that I have been blocked!!! Very strange.

They also cancelled my order and said my money will be back in my account in 10 days. It’s a shame as I loved their products. Tried emailing loads of times and the email address I used was wrong. I couldn’t get onto my account , it says my password is wrong. Will not be using them again.

Still unpaid despite the company continuing to use my development work on their website. The solicitors have said "we regret to inform you that HMRC’s petition to wind up Gel Co London Limited was successful. Resultingly, the company has now entered liquidation."
Knowingly requesting work they had no intention of paying for, including urgent alterations to brand slides over a weekend that I had been spending with the family.

Ordered some gels - colour is completely different to what’s shown online, not just shade difference but a completely different colour.
No way to contact them other than social media, happy to help until I explained the issue and sent pictures then get completely ignored despite messages being read.
Would not recommend unless you want a lucky dip on colours, real shame as was looking to move over from my current gel brand - if I haven’t heard back in the next couple days I will be doing a claw back on my card from them.

I am so impressed with this company, not only was their customer service brilliant from ordering to delivery, they kept me informed every step of the way until my order was delivered. Then when opening my delivery I was pleasantly surprised to how they were presented, in a lovely box not just thrown in a bag, these are for my daughter for Christmas she is going to love them, thank you Gel Co London.

The Pigment in these gel nail polish is unreal! Everyone had complimented how beautiful the colours are on me. I will be buying again. Amazing customer service too, didn’t have something I ordered and they reached out to rectify.

Gel polish is highly pigmented and vibrant. Outstanding coverage. Delivery on time. Packaging is secure and safe.

My experience hasn’t been great so far.
I read the guide before purchasing and it said you didn’t need a base coat if you were going to get the builder gel, so I went ahead to get the clear builder with a pink gel colour and the top coat.
And I’ve done all my nail prep, applied the builder and every time within a few days I can peel it off, I’ve had to do away with the builder gel and just use the gel polish with with base coat from another brand I like and so far the gel polish has stayed on.
I’m quite disappointed because I really wanted the extra strength from the builder gel, maybe it needs a base coat maybe not.

I love gel Co london for my salon, all techs have now been converted over to especially their diamond endurance top coat in particular as its the best we've all ever tried, no yellowing, no seperatio, long lasting shine and great wearing are some of the things our clients have picked up on.

The colours are absolutely fantastic aswel, it's rare that salon with hundreds of colours and for a nail technician with over 10 years industry experience, to order new colours and receive something that's not already similar to what we have or have seen before, I'm obsessed!

Being with gel co London for almost a year now and never had a bad experience, the quality of their gels are outstanding! Pigment is there! Fantastic products, excellent quality & range of colours etc. I had a minor mix up with my order and the customer service couldn’t be more helpful & sorted it immediately. Has the added bonus of being HEMA free which is great for me as I developed an allergy due to another brand. Could not recommend more!

Gel co London are quite simply the best company. Their products are perfection and their customer service is second to none.
The way they support their clients on social media is something I've never come across before.
I'm changing my entire product inventory from other brands to them. Can't recommend them enough.
