I have now purchased 5 colours from…

I have now purchased 5 colours from this company and they last just as well as when I’ve had my nails done professionally. I have had an issue with one of the nail varnishes - the Asphalt colour though. I love this shade but can’t use it as, every time I try it, it goes all bubbly and crackly on my nails. Hopefully it’s just one bad batch as all the others are fab.

We are pleased to hear you like our products but sorry you feel our service was poor as we pride ourselves on delivering 5 star customer service to all our valued customers. I have looked into this and you emailed us on 6th March saying you felt you had received the wrong items, we replied within the hour and advised you of the items you ordered, to which you replied they were what you had received. So we had actually sent you the correct items, we advised you of this straight away.

Abousalty appualed by there service i order a LED LAMP when it came the adapter was so loose it would not stay within its place which caused the lamp to keep turning off i tried to ring the company to let them know NEVER any answer after emailing and leaving messages they finally got back to me saying they test everything before they send items out for delivery this is NOT the case because if they did they should of known the lamp and adapter they send me was FAULTY then they agreed to send another adapter which i was ok with WHICH ALSO WAS FAULTY THE SAME PROBLEM LOOSE AND DID NOT FIT IN THE COMPARTMENT AS IT SHOULD i have now demanded a full refund
The biggest issue was faulty goids plus NO RETURNING CALLS OR ANSWERING THERE PHONE ALWAYS VIA DELAYED EMAILS
NOT GOOD ENOUGH I would never buy or recommend this company
