I ordered a branded sample for our business, but received a blank square of gel. Several attempts to reach out were completely ignored, which is a shame. We were interested in the sizing option as a clinic that hands out a lot of ice packs. Really disappointing.

I ordered a couple ice packs for a friend who had surgery 2 weeks ago. I put in an order with this company (3 weeks ago now) and they haven’t shipped the items or responded to my inquiries asking why. I have told them to cancel my order and they still don’t respond. Seems like a scam to me, I would not recommend ordering anything from them. Contacting my credit card company to charge back. AVOID!!

Shocking customer service!!

No response to emails and photos regarding one of there Gel Packs busting open and leaking hot gel in the microwave !!

Might only be a few Pounds to replace but product is faulty and potentially dangerous and is covered under statutory uk warranty law as only two months old !!!

Check online before purchasing for reviews and issues regarding this product leaking when heated, there is plenty of customers that this has happened to!

I will pursue all necessary actions available under the sale of good act and the consumer rights act of 2015 to get a replacement of refund.

I like the product. The problem is the response from the company. One of the packs leaked (under their warranty.) they were quick to respond saying they would replace it and even gave a reference number. Haven’t heard anything from them since. They don’t answer my email asking them when the item might be shipped. Also left an IM for them and no response.

Good value for money, very good quality products.
Purchased few products from them and never been disappointed.
Excellent customer service and very good communication
