Service was exceptional. Car was clean and functional as you’d expect but the service from Charles made the experience. He was friendly and helpful and incredibly kind when I had a bump in the car - helping me fill in documents and was very understanding. Would definitely recommend.

The cars were clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. We appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that the vehicles were reliable and comfortable. The pickup and drop-off process was convenient and well-organized. The rental location was easily accessible, and the staff made sure the handover was quick and efficient. We come from Singapore and we meet Afizol just nearby the JB custom to meet us there. The handling car is also super fast, they make a video before and after so that we a more aware about the condition of the car.
