Bought an Ipad from Ebay, 3 months later develops fault, tried to contact via Ebay, no joy, after numerous calls to Ebay they managed to get through to gem phones, who said send it back, which I did, 4 weeks later still no contact or reply. There is no phone number, and they do not reply via email. Absolute scammers!!

Phone stopped working after 3 months
Phone stopped working after 3 months. eBay & PayPal didn’t want to know. Tried contacting Gem at their listed business address for refund recorded delivery against their 12 month warranty. No reply. Threatened legal action. Finally got an email reply through their eBay address offering a refund on return of the phone to another address they supplied. Got my full refund + postage costs the day after they received the phone. But lost the personal stuff that was on it. Would I recommend them or use them again. No way....

I absolutely agree. This company is a scam. I also brought my phone with 12 months warrancy and it turned off after 2 months. I had problems with it from the start when it was lagging and turning on and off but now I am unable to turn it on for months. The seller is not getting back in touch at all. Absolutely terrible service. Not recommened at all. Im devistated by it.

Awful. Purchased off ebay with "12 month warranty". 2 months later phone does not work, gem_phones do not reply to messages on ebay and ebay don't care as 30 days window has passed. Cannot even leave negative review on ebay. Do yourself a favour and avoid this lot

Scam?
I bought a Samsung phone from Gem-phones on Ebay. Their advert claimed that they offered a 12 month warranty on the product. The phone was delivered on time, but four months later, I am having serious problems with it being unable to reliably access 3G/4G signals and this has caused me some real difficulties of late. I tried twice to contact them via Ebay, but received no reply. I followed the Ebay link to their web page, where the 'Contact us' button leads to a 'page not found' error. This cannot help but stink of scam. On the basis of my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from Gemphones.
