I have yet to be disappointed with Gem Shopping! My necklace was packaged well and arrived quicker than I expected!! It’s a lovely wheat chain, gorgeous yellow gold for my collection. Thanks Gem Shopping. My birthday just got more special.

I've only been shopping with GSN since…

I've only been shopping with GSN since November 2023 and I've bought six items (two at auction), the jewelries were as described; shipment was as promised, but it's the delivery window of four hours waiting that can be daunting; hopefully, the waiting period of not being able to go anywhere until the order is delivered improves after the holidays!

A very easy experience

A very easy experience. The phone was answered promptly and the order was placed quickly. I always have a wonderful experience ordering and if I need to return it is equally easy. Jewelry is gorgeous and true to what is represented.

Unfortunately, I was totally frustrated with the process I went through!!!

I was totally frustrated with my process.. Unfortunately, my first order was a fiasco. My card used didn't go through but the money was on there. I didn't get the callback in 10 mins. but instead an hour, I did get the call and she apologized, stated they got real busy.. I still could not use that card although the money was there. I went online and did it myself but never got the additional 10% off due to doing my first order online!! I'm anxiously waiting to see my ring because sizing can take upto 14 days then it's mailed to you. It's being mailed today!! I'm not rich, period but I love beauty. I will say the jewelry they show is amazing as seen on they're channel!!

Every pice of jewelry I have ever…

Every pice of jewelry I have ever bought has had something go wrong that cost me money. Stones not set evenly, stones missing or fall out after one or two wearing. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am disappointed every time. I don’t think they have quality products and are very overpriced. Also the return process is difficult. You have to be interrogated about the reason you want to return an item.

Gem Shopping has been a stand up…

Gem Shopping has been a stand up company so far after about 6 purchases. We had a missing stone o. A chromia ring and they replaced with no questions asked. Another time Effy was out of a free gift and they mailed it out once received the key chains. They always answer questions and don’t press too hard when I tell them no on the specific purchase: I even was selected this morning when Agnes with mark the opal hunter gave away a stone when I called and I am awaiting the delivery. I am waiting on my wife’s Christmas present for this year 2023 and excited to see it from the gift section and even got free shipping. Love GSN

Great online service and fabulous jewelry!

I've never been disappointed when shopping here. I can't be on the phone that much, so I do everything online, and the chat feature is just as responsive as being on the phone. I was able to have 2 pieces pulled from the turntable and was then able to negotiate a fabulous deal for both! Everything I've ordered has been spectacular and the customer service is second to none!

I’ve made 3 purchases thus far

I’ve made 3 purchases thus far. Shipping is very secure. This last purchase was a small ring. Inexpensive, just thought good very casual low bling value but nice for work/play just an addition to other ring. I ordered size 7 which fits loosely on index/middle fingers. This is more like 6+. Thin shank like this should fit very loose. It fits snug and only middle finger. Chose not to return. Otherwise, I have been happy with company.

It was a great experience

It was fast and very easy. Got my bracelet and just like they said fedex wouldn't leave it unless I signed for it.I like that.And the box it came in was like a safe.My bracelet is very beautiful. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

What I like is the quality of…

What I like is the quality of merchandise. What I didn’t like is I ordered the bracelet on Sep 30 and receive it till today. My credit card was charged the same day it was ordered but the process took two weeks. Missed my 50th wedding Anniversary by a full week.

I purchased a ring from my Cirari

I purchased a ring from my favorite vendor, Cirari Couture on GSN. the ring wouldn't scan into their system so my receipt stated "custom item" the entire turntable was priced at $995.00. I picked out a beautiful snake ring with a nice size diamond in the head. The ring is white gold and adjustable. Very cool. When I asked the ring to be brought up, there seemed to be some confusion between Tyler, who works for Cirari and the host. The ring I picked shouldn't have been on the turntable at that price. I was charged for the ring. A week went by and it never shipped. I have purchased several items from Cirari and never had a problem. This time however, the ring never shipped and my receipt on my account still shows custom item with no description and no shipping information. I called customer service and was told they would contact the vendor (Cirari) and get back to me. They never did. The charge was taken off my bank account but I really wanted the ring. The transaction is still on my account. I've been watching every minute of every Cirari show since then looking for my ring. I believe they realized the ring was priced incorrectly and they were hoping I would forget about it. If you say you are going to call someone back, you should.

Gem shopping network reached out after my review to let me know they indeed did drop the ball by not calling me back. They contacted Cirari immediately to find out what happened to my ring. They went above and beyond to make it right, even shipping my ring overnight. I will continue to be a customer of GSN. They have regained my trust. Thank you

GSN uses treated and man made diamonds!

GSN is now using vendors that use man made diamonds!!! GSN said they would never sell treated or man made diamonds. The new vendor Orianne Designs says right on their site about the use of man made diamonds. The past year the prices have gone up and quality down. A company that says they don't sell treated or man made diamonds, WELL THEY DO!!!!

And now they very annoying female hosts that lie, make demands on customers, especially Tara and Natasha!!

GSN has helpful men and woman on the phone when ordering and they are patient and personable while you wait for the piece to be shown on TV. Your personnel are energetic, positive and I love when details about the jewelry is mentioned. I try to remember those facts when I’m asked about the pieces I wear.
