Worst Service....be aware before making payment.
Placed order (order no - 80758) on 15th March 2025 and today is 4th April 2025 when I am writing this feedback. Situation is- my order is still not dispatched. I tried to call them ... written in contact us section also however no response from them. They actually don't care about their customers.

Horrible experience. I paid a lot of money for a pukhraj. Very poor customer experience. They follow up continuously till you make the payment. Once the payment is made, it is impossible to get in an update. Someone named Utkarsh from their team promised me a refund. I have been begging for a my refund. They have stopped picking up my calls / replying to messages. Please do not purchase from Gemsmantra.
