I'm not sure about Aviva Insurance

I'm not sure about Aviva Insurance
I asked from Aviva support by sending several emails but, they didn't answer and confirmed about it. I'm not sure that investors capital is guaranteed by Aviva Liability insurance or not. We can not rely on any companies license due to all of those companies which scammed had that fake document from companies house!!
