Very easy to use, doctors are extremely professional and friendly.

General Medicine Was Amazingly quick at getting me on a Telehealth Video Call with A Doctor. Picking a Medication. Communicating with my pharmacy, Then taking it from there and Shipping to my home. All within 2 weeks. They Answered every phone Call and Concern right away. Helping me by pass all the texts and issues we sometimes deal with online. I would highly recommend them. You’ll be able to talk with a real Doctor of the phone about your health conditions and worries.

So far I'm very pleased with all the support I've had and having all my questions answered. Excellent and quick responses!!

No longer wanted to see my PCP here in town. Didn’t want to find a new one quite yet because I’m moving in a few months. Needed my prescriptions refilled and no doctor will do that unless you “see” them. I found General Medicine and was pretty skeptical but desperate. I’m SO glad I made the appointment anyway. Because within hours I had the appointment completed, the drugs I needed sent directly to my pharmacy of choice, and even a care plan for some labs to get done and verify everything was in working order. The doctor I saw was incredibly kind and not rushed. The zoom call was easy to connect to using the link they sent. This is not a scam. General Medicine are real doctors with real authority to give prescriptions, order labs, and do excellent follow-up care. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Great experience, I needed a CGM immediately to monitor my hypoglycemia and did a consult and was referred to endocrinologist and in the mean time prescribed a CGM along with labs and emergency glucagon! Wonderful providers and service!

I gave had several appts with General Medicine and besides having a different provider, they are amazing. Still waiting on Primary Care to call me with test results, General Medicine found the records and let me know the results..

I found GM when I was looking for a doctor I could see remotely. I started just to go on a GLP 1, during our zoom session the Dr made sure to hear all the medical struggles along with needing to lose weight. It did not take a lot of time. Everything was so simple and J could text them whenever and they would always respond quickly. I don’t have to sit on hold waiting to communicate. They handled everything even making appoints for other doctors. They check on me after the start of a new dose or new medicine. The document the all zooms in your account, and you can look at it any time you need to. I feel like I have a personal Doctor. Highly recommended!

My experience so far with General Medicine has been great, and I would 100% recommend them!

I love that I can communicate with them through text anytime, even for the majority of my appointments - they do sometimes ask for you to join a virtual appointment via video, which is completely reasonable, and they give you plenty of time slots to choose from for that. I'm very happy with their rates as well, and everyone I've interacted with, whether staff or doctors, has been very nice, and pleasant to work with.

My experience has been great. All of my questions and concerns have been answered. The follow up with and do everything necessary for your care. My doctors and labs appts were booked and treatment plans discussed and labs discussed with me. I definitely recommend.

First time using General Medicine and relying on a doctor online.. but it seemed very straightforward, simple to use and navigate. Also a very thorough line of questioning from the Doctor himself.. Would not hesitate to use General Medicine again.
*hopefully not in the near future :)
