Great company despite bike issues

Despite having a couple of minor issues with the bike, I can't fault this company for sorting them. I'd certainly recommend them.

They were willing to pay for me to go to a local bike shop and get it resolved. If they don't answer the phone they call back quick. They processes the cycle to work order fast, sent me actual pictures of the bike before sale. Dispatched the bike very quick. Couldn't ask for more.

They deserve a good review.

Took my order, didn't have stock

They took my order and my money, then waited a few days before letting me know they didn't have stock. They offered me the slightly cheaper less good model (which I didn't want). They did not offer any recompense for my time wasted. The refund took a long while to come in which further delayed me ordering from a different website.

I do now finally have my bike - thanks to ebikes.

We offered an alternative and responded to your query regarding a restock date of the bike. No further information was requested. You requested a refund on July 10th and this was processed straight away. As detailed on our website refunds usually take between 3-5 working days.

This bike is one of the better…

This bike is one of the better purchases I have made. It's fantastic and lives up to my expectations. The members of the company treat every buyer like a family member and that's great.

A Satisfied Customer

I placed an order for 2 legend Siena bikes having spoken to Stephen for further information and about delivery times etc. I received an email update regarding the order and an email when my bikes were out for delivery and was able to track their progress with Parcelforce who delivered a few days ago. The bikes appear to be just what I wanted and I’m looking forward to using them. They are well built and I have found no problems since unpacking. The batteries are charged and one bike has been out for a test run. And it was great. Riding uphill, the assistance was noticeable and I cycled with ease (I am a pensioner) Downhill and on level ground, battery assistance wasn’t needed. The bikes are exactly as described and just what I wanted.

New wheels

Needed a lighter folding electric bike. This e bike does the job. Would have liked it to be a bit lighter but not at the expense of battery capacity. Being new the main joint is stiff for folding. Assembly was straight forward. Still getting use to riding it, would have liked the bike to have had a lower fixed gear ratio

Happy customer

Excellent communication from the company. Full details about the ebike the delivery etc. Even changed delivery to DPD so I could track the delivery. Would recommend especially when they gave me £250 discount!!!!

My bike never reached its destination…

My bike never reached its destination in Glasgow, and was finally declared lost in transit (it wasn't the only one, I was told early on that it was lost and then told that actually that was another bike). Using Hermes, a very unreliable (but cheap) courier service, and then promising one to two days delivery is ill-advised.
