I gave Gen H 5 stars because they made homeownership possible when other lenders wouldn’t. As a first-time buyer in 2026, their process was so smooth with great advisers was a game-changer, allowing my supportive broker to support my application without the stress. My broker recommended them after other high-street banks said no to my mortgage application due to different demands. The process through the broker was seamless; all communications were quick and clear, and I felt supported every step of the way. Gen H's flexible criteria and use of common sense underwriting meant they could see my full financial picture, not just what a computer screen showed. I'm now a homeowner and couldn't be happier
