I bought a silent generator box from…

I bought a silent generator box from Generator Vault for our commercial backup power needs. The noise reduction is honestly impressive, it made a huge difference in our warehouse setup. Their customer service was helpful when I asked about installation clearance and ventilation. Shipping took a few days but everything arrived in good condition. I’d recommend completing your Trustpilot profile (photo, email verification, and prior reviews) because I almost skipped reviewing but glad I didn’t.

I ordered a generator enclosure from…

I ordered a generator enclosure from Generator Vault for our home hurricane preparedness setup. Generator Vault helped me choose the right size and the delivery came quicker than expected. Packaging was solid and no damage at all. Installation was pretty straightforward with basic tools. The build quality feels strong and durable. Would be great if more customers leave photos/videos because this product really looks different in real life compared to pictures. Overall satisfied with the purchase.
